Enjoyed your video. Glad you continue to train. Best of luck to you too. Totally agree about your toning comment. One of my favorites is I don't want to train too heavy because I don't want to look like Arnold. Now that is the triumph of hope over experience
Greetings! I’ve used a Bullworker since I was 16. My parents wouldn’t allow me to use free weights. I’m now 62 and have continued to use my Bullworker throughout my life. Of course I have different versions of the device. I especially like the newer versions with interchangeable springs. I’ve had two back surgeries and my Bullworker helped me retain my strength even though I was unable to weight bear for some time following each surgery. Anyone who doubts the effectiveness of a Bullworker has not used it properly or has not even tried it. You can certainly thrash out a full body workout. As for your autoimmune problem, you may want to research what lectins can do to your body. Whole grains may be inflammatory to your system. Also , try some celery juice in your diet or just celery. It has done amazing things for a friend of mine. It’s worth a shot! I’m anxious to see your progress!
@@LivingWellTV One thing I forgot. You don’t have to take your muscles to failure with a Bullworker. Their research revealed that you only require to use 66 percent of exertion to get the full benefit. Which is the beauty of the Bullworker.
John sir,you are always right ,I comment to this video ,One side you use heavy weight ,and another side bullworker, bullworker is more effective because weight does not work for full muscle of body ,but bullworker does ,because there is spring, bullworker is in spring muscle fitness of all spring exercise. From shiv(shammi)from port Blair.
Results are down to training, most people I know who use a bull worker do mostly Isometric holds or a few puny reps and then a hold, if you push yourself doing multiple reps and sets you will build muscle as long as your diet and sleep are conducive to doing that. Like Tom Platz says "It's not about heavy weights, reps are where the gold is at" also people will point out that the maximum spring for the bullworker is 130 pounds of resistance? but I don't know anyone who can fully compress that one despite working with the bullworker for a year or more.
Bullworker workouts build lean muscle. They won't bulk you way up. I used one in the early 80s as a teenager. I then did weights and played rugby for years. I'm now 59 and have back and shoulder pain. I'm using an old Bullworker that I bought in a church jumble sale. It's maintaing my upper body strength very well. Not so good for lower body though. I still think BW is an excellent product.
Great video. I've just bought a Bullworker X5 off Gumtree and plan to start training seriously with it as soon as it arrives. It comes with the original instruction book, but not the wallchart. Do you know if the exercises in the book are the same as on the wallchart?
@@cmoneytheman I'm not sure why you are so obsessed with trying to get your point across. Seems very odd that you keep trying to convince us all that the new bullworker is so much better. Do you work for Bullworker?
Thinking about getting one had one as a lad back in the day couldn't move it don't know what happened to it injured myself training to much two months ago doing pushups every and jump rope at my age of 70yr old this might be a better investment for me I'm afraid too injured myself again sore back and legs
Nobody even built muscle using this crap, have you ever heard of a pro saying wow i won this tournament due to my Bullworker it’s a standing joke piece of equipment you may just as well press your hands together.
Using a pro bodybuilder as an example is a poor analogy. Their strength far exceeds the resistance of a Bullworker. The 'Total Gym' is an excellent piece of home workout equipment but no pro is going to benefit from it. Not because it's bad, it's just the pro has exceeded the benefits the Total Gym can offer. In saying that, many pro's use Isometrics in their routines and yes you can just push your hands together but you would lose the advantage of isotonic movement. Lastly, I have seen many people build muscle using these but there is always going to be a point of diminishing returns, the stronger you get.
How many body builder physiques do you see around these days? An athletic lean body is more sought after these days and the Bullworker helps produce this
nice review. wish i had a home by the sea like yours. i like the idea that you turned your window into a TV, brilliant.

Thanks for celery tip, I'll give it a go! I'll probably update my progress after around 6 weeks of use.

I used these in my teens. I could use it at my current age 59 years old.
You can do well with this and safer than freeweights

I think that some of the exercises from the wall chart are missing from the book.
