Goooood evening to you I think bands are good for certain exercises like pull to face exercises where the bands are fixed to say a door frame and can be used instead of getting load's of weight out and great for assisted pull ups for getting people doing them properly or if your away from home yes they have a place in exercises along with weight plates keep on rocking love the videos 🤔💯💪🏆

I am the proof thant bands are better than weights. I use just bands for years
The bullworker is a lot better than bands and you can do more exercises with the Bull worker to.
If you use bands of less resistance you won't get the same results.
I resistance bands also but they aren’t the best at what that study pointed out though I mean how many pro and natural bodybuilders rely on just bands to win first place.
Cuz Pro bodybuilders r on shit and prob some natural ones if u think they're natural
