My question. As a short Person 5.4 (about 160 cm). Should i prefer the steel bow?
If you are going to focus on upper body, we recommend the Steel Bow over the Bow Classic. However, the X5 Pro is a goldilocks size.

Hi, it seems this is double the weight of the 20inch steel bow. Am I right?
The weight of the unit is not much more that a Steel Bow, maybe a pound. The resistance does go to 150 lbs though, 50 lbs more than the Steel Bow.

I'd love to see a bullworker model that comes with heavier springs, think upwards of 200 pounds resistance, I know that's basically garage door spring level but you'd change a lot of minds on whether or not this training can build muscle with a heavier model.
I know some people are happy to just "tone" and do isometric holds but there are a lot of people who'd love to be able to build more actual muscle without the joint damage of free weights, I'll keep an eye out and if this ever happens will gladly pick one up.
Have you tried a current Bullworker? The resistance of the springs are pretty significant. We find it takes someone who can bench well over 400 pounds to fully compress our heaviest spring with the chest compression.
