    Appreciate you taking the time. Finances is complicated, but you can look at it in many different ways. The non-reporting is the only plus. Ferrari financial is the same - still a simple interest loan, though. Leasing has a few advantages, but I decided to pay half cash and finance the difference, no matter the car. I would rather own or keep all the equity. I also want to pay it off and have the asset. Biblically, we are not supposed to have the debt. I think about that a lot when I take on debt, but I know I may not keep it forever and I try to buy what may appreciate. So far so good. Everyone keep doing you. Do what you think is best and don’t take risk that jeopardize your family, health or future earnings potential. Thanks again for sharing. I am going to keep paying half cash and fiancé the balance 🤩

    It's not only taxes but all costs, including interest, and all fees you pay over the time of ownership, that needs to be factored in. And then when the lease is up, you have to pay it off or sell it! This constant changing cars every five years is more expensive than if you just paid for it up front by buying it and paying the sales tax! Technology changes but performance do not change that significantly in 5 years and only marginally in 10 years!
    So if this is the only way you can afford an exotic, then go for it but it certainly is not the cheapest way.

    I personally think you should have outright purchased the car. Then leased it back to your company. The payment and interest would be the same as what you just signed. The difference is that your the bank. The tax breaks and the monthly payments would have been a better deal in my opinion. I do this on much cheaper vehicles, I can only assume that my method will also work on Lamborghini vehicles. Having said this, there is always more than one way to accomplish something. That's a wonderful car, enjoy..

    Incredible video and explanation. Would be interesting to hear the layman's view (because you couldn't give financial advice) as to how the lease helps the business side of the equation. So many Americans are missing out on the tax advantages of starting their own business, regardless of if its profitable or not.

    How much do they require for down payment on $200,000 loan. What did they want from you as far as paperwork? Being my credit is good i never need any financial papers when buying any cars. I buy expensive cars and own $400,000 in cars right now but I’m curious what Premiere wants to see from you for debt without using your score or anything. You did say they look at score but did they want a breakdown of finances. It seems cool and you can always sell before the balloon. Do they have a hookup for cars available because i think I’ve seen car dealerships with that name in rich areas of Florida.

    So if you pay $1698 for 59mo thats $100,182 then you have to pay 90k at the end plus you put 80k down right?

  • @karmicforce01
    @karmicforce01 2 месяца назад +1

    At the end of trad financing you own the car out right... so technically you have guaranteed equity not based on resale value. You are banking that your Lambo won't dump its market value in the next few years. It's unlikely you'll be underwater when 90K comes due but something to think about. I've never considered open ended leases before, so I've learned something new. Can you sell it before the lease is up?

    • @ocmotivator
      @ocmotivator  2 месяца назад +1

      As I shared in the video the biggest advantage of this other than the tax savings is the early termination and equity transfer to a new car at any time or simply pay it off or switch to traditional financing anytime. And beats the hell out of paying $3000 month. Also, these have held their value very strongly over the last 9 years so it would have to contradict all Lamborghini history other than the Gallardo for it to drop that far.

  • @cjsnylons
    @cjsnylons 2 месяца назад

    Maybe I missed the math and if so I apologize. But, with the purchase you also don't owe the $90k residual value. So leasing would cost more in interest and then you have to cover the nut of $90k or refinance the balance, correct? Not to be critical, but it seems a purchase is still better IF you keep the car 5 years. I really appreciate you sharing all of the details of the purchase!

    • @ocmotivator

      You missed the math. I break it all down to the dollar. 👍

  • @MrSlpierce

    So looking at those figures, if you pay off the $90k at the end of the 60 months, you will have paid $85000 + $86,820=(60x$1447) + $90,000 which is a total of $261,820 , is that right?

    One thing you can do is re-lease it instead of paying it off, but you’ll be re-leasing it at the $95,000 I believe. Hope you got the recall done as California requires a reflash of the sport mode. I guess they say it burns too rich. You have to do the recall before you can register/ renew your tags. Thankfully mines not due until next January.

It has rear wheel steering, better aerodynamics, weights 400 pounds less, has LVDI system, handling and drive train and Akropovic exhaust system. It is a completely different driving experience. the V10 engine was not created by Audi and it was created specifically by Lamborghini for Gallardo in 2002 which was then shared with the first V10 R8. your info is so blatantly incorrect im speechless.

    Leasing a car is complete BS. You finance it with either zero down, or 10% down DO NOT LEASE! Leases are subject to mileage restrictions and you don't own the car. It's like renting from Enterprise claiming you own the car when it's just a long term rental with a buyout option at the end of the term. Watch >>> ruclips.net/video/2Q-CWAXAqfo/видео.html

      You’ve got to change your screen name! This is the stupidest comment ever made on my channel and shows you know nothing about this kind of strategic lease. Anyone who leases can just as easily purchase with a traditional loan but gets hit with massive taxes and no business advantages. The open ended lease is nothing more than a tool to save on taxes and lessee 100% owns that car at the end of that lease. You’re clueless.
