Mr. Jackson, Sir,
Thank you so much for this video. You have no idea how much it saved me today. I shot my first wedding ever with my first real camera ever (which just happens to be a Nikon D810) and I was really lost on what settings I should use. I watched this video 2 hours before I went to the wedding and it was immensely helpful, even for a simpleton like myself. I've subscribed and am a big fan now. Thank you again for this video.
Omg im doing first wedding in 2 weeks i have a 35mm and 85mm what did u use most ?

I love watching your videos! i have always loved photography but just got really into it recently. i just bought the nikon D750 the D850 is out of my price range so that’s why i went for the D750 anyways i mostly do graduation photos and portraits for friends and family but i would love to start becoming a more serious photographer i really want to start doing some wedding photography. I was just wondering if you could recommend a good lens or two for me to get that you would think would work well for what type of photography i do and with what equipment i have. Thank you so much! i love love love watching your videos and one day want to be as good as a photograph as you!

Taylor Jackson - great video as always. The D700 was 12.1MP, and one of my absolute favorite cameras.
John Martin can you say why. I’m thinking about buying one. Also what’s a good used price for one
Amazing

Awesome wedding photographer
Hi Taylor! I have the Nikom D750 and was wondering where on the settings I turn off the Auto-S focus so that I can for sure capture the once in a life time moments on camera?
Interesting. I have the back button focus to start the metering, and I focus on the spot I want. Then I let go and half press for the IS to kick in and take the shot. It doesn't sound like there's that much difference in the outcome of either approach, unless I'm missing something.
Good luck with more progress and success
Nice photo nice camera good😊
An amazing human being
Great ❤️💙 💙💙 💙
Nice content>
Great video!
How do you manage to lock focus on the eye of moving subjects while using single point autofocus and shallow depth of field manually? (without eye af) Isn't it very difficult?
Great video! I shoot with a D750 and my next two lens purchases will be the 85mm and a 70-200mm. I'm not a huge wedding photographer but do feel the need for these for that purpose.
I spent my first few years renting a 70-200 whenever I needed it. Might be an option if it’s not something you’ll need all the time. 85 is for sure a good investment to own though
Is 70-200 not too heavy?
@@polinakua8528 I think it can be heavy if used the whole wedding.
Nice
Whenever I'll start my business I'll ask you for my brand ambassador 😂 The way you gave shoutout to Nikon is crazy 😂
Great
I love Nikon and they have the new Z 6ii and z 7ii. I wanted the Z 7 II but you use the Z 6ii. I know you have the D850 but if you needed a back up what would you choose z611 or z7ii?
and any one feel free to drop in the conversation. I do Swim, Water Polo, Band and Newborn photography and weddings!
Am I the only that missed the first 2 minutes of the video and found taylor doing some random ass things? 😅 love the content bro!
Thanks bro
Boom🔥🔥
Taylor I’m gong to buy a D700. In your opinion what’s your favorite prime for Nikon
My Favorite Photographer...😍😍📷📷📷
THANKYOU
so are you waiting for 1.4 vs going with the 1.8 on the z bodies?
I appreciated you brother
Thank you
Sorry to bother you, Taylor! Did you mean the tamron 35 f1.8 (not 1.4) as your preferred hybrid lens? I bought the 85 1.8 on your recommendation and am looking for a 35 now too. Thank you.
Love you taylor jackson
How it feels when you have such kind of DSLRs and mirrorless Z6
Love you brooooooooooooooooooo❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
This will help me in my own wedding! 😂
Awesome video. What white balance do you use for weddings?
Usually shade unless I have to use something else
this vedio is gold 💛 for us..
&
Yes I want to start professional .shoots..📽..But not have professional camera..😄🙌..Plz make vedio on best affordable cameras🙏
nice review.
I haven't understood if you are shooting finally in AF-S or AF-C.
In AFC, how many points ? how do you select the eye and track it with your 85mm F/1.4 ? i have a d750 and 70-200 2.8 vr
I know this is a year late and you may have upgraded your gear, but if you're shooting with a DSLR still, use the 3D tracking in AF-C for the best accuracy. I did so on my D7500 before trading it in and it worked very well.
If you're on mirrorless Z6/Z7 II, AF-C with human eye tracking is good until you happen to be shooting through a bunch of people. At that point, use the Wide-L with Eye and Face detection to have the camera focus on just a small portion of the frame instead of the whole thing.
Hope this helps!
Good Setting For Wedding Photography
Do you think a Nikon 3400 is a good camera for wedding photography can you please do a review with it please and thanks
Looking forward to it
you are the best
How you edit all photos with the lightroom faster. Could you make a video about this?
I love it Kitchen studio
I find the images from D850 with too dark shadows no details in shadows, oversaturated colours. I shoot Raw M. How do I get rid of the to boldness in the pics? Is it because the high megapixels or HDR? Thx
Big fan
Dunno why would someone dislike this kind of video.
Hey. Am from India and i like your video and watch. Your explanation is very good. Am biggest fan of you and your photography tips .☺😊✌✌✌✌❤📷📷📷📷📷📷📷📷📷📷📷📷
Can you show how you set your autofocus in the menu?
I don’t know if you’ll see this or be able to help but my d850 has so much noise. Even at ISO at 150-200 F1.8-2.2. I can’t seem to get anything sharp or without noise like my d750
Good
I got a question i have a z50 and am doing a wedding in a few months. Should i drop the kit zooms and get a few g primes ?
Yes, please get a 20 or 35 and a 50 or 85
Buddy, you're killing it!! Great stuff, take a moment to slow down and describe a little more in depth. Best wishes.
So much love.. 😋😋✌️✌️😁😁
What setting do you do with metering mode?
🔥🔥🔥
More videos 😍❤️
wowww!!
