Funny, I bought the D750 in Dec 2014, however, I've been limping along with it in aperture/shutter modes, discovering things as I go. Just this weekend decided to "officially" educate myself. In the process, I discovered Tony and his vast resources, which has been immensely helpful. I watched all the D750 overview/unpacking/user manual type videos FROM 2 YEARS AGO. Then, ironically, I get notification of Tony's rendition. Extremely apropos! The best introduction of the D750 by far. Thank you Tony!

Just bought my Nikon D750 yesterday ( yes, I found it better even in 2019 after watching a lot of reviews, experience & also by considering the budget in hand). This is a very detailed tutorial & explained most of the questions I had. Thanks !

Thank you SO MUCH for this video!! I'm watching it for the third time because there is so much gret information. Just bought the camera yesterday, and your video is making it less intimidating! Can't wait to check out all of the extra videos that you reference on here. The best part is that you explain so well--why and how--and make everything easy to understand; you're not talking "over my head".

Just want to say, I have taken and listened to literally thousands of speakers and courses in my occupation which is extremely technical. It was an unexpected pleasure listening to you! Not only are you a clear and consise speaker, but in the over an hour tutorial, the was not one AHH, or UMM which alway's drives me crazy. Great job!!!!!

I know some people are just complaining about this video being too late, but just wanted to say thank you. There are still people buying the camera today(I bought it recently) that this tutorial will come in handy for or maybe somebody who's had it for a short time and would rather watch a video tutorial than read a boring manual. Thanks, keep up the great work.

Tony and Chelsea give so much to photography and the art and science that make us better. Tony is exceptional in his creativity providing for the rest of us who are under no compunction to buy anything he sells so much value for free. Yes, he plugs his work, as he should, and because he gives so much for free, I will make sure where possible I will buy so he receives a small pittance for his incredible effort at making all of us better. As a couple, Tony and Chelsea (Chelsea in other videos) are engaging and entertaining playing off each other to our advantage. Congratulation, and as always, great work.

Couldn't justify the D780 and the D850.....well, I like my happy home! ;-) I went through the manual and have most of the the settings configured and remembered, but this video is still helping a lot as a refresher. I will absolutely be going to check out some of the web site pages as well. Still need to get the digital photography book. It's on my list. Ramping up this photography effort and your videos are a huge helper. Tnx

Excellent video, Tony, and I really enjoy all of your videos. Chelsea cracks me up with her humor. Really well thought out and executed as always. I've studied up hard on my D750 and you still told me at least 3 things I didn't know about this body.
I've had my D750 since August 2016, and I absolutely love it. The D750 received some bad press with 1 or 2 issues that arose, but Nikon corrected the issues. I purchased my camera after the issues had been worked out, so I didn't have to send my camera in, and my camera does not have the black dot in the tripod mount hole, so it's a newer manufactured camera, not that it really matters.
Anyone thinking about purchasing this camera, I believe you'll be very pleased with it. Lastly the knowledge brought forth by Chelsea, and Tony is extensive and brilliant. Thank you both for your contribution to photography.

I've had my camera for over a year. Most of the basic stuff I knew, but got some neat little tips out of this that I didn't pick up (or just didn't remember) from the manual and other sources, as well as some great links to other videos to watch. I found Tony engaging - I am notorious for zoning out when watching stuff and picking up my phone and doing other stuff, but I felt like I was having a personal conversation with someone that wasn't pretentious and just wanted to share some really great info.

Hi Tony. I too wanted to add 'Format Memory Card' to My Menu. It turns out that the reason you can't is because you don't need to. The card in slot 1 will be reformatted if you press and hold the exposure mode button and the trash button together until 'For' shows in the viewfinder or 'Format' shows on the information display, then release them and press them together again.

This was a great tutorial. Was not aware of camera shake using 10 second timer mode! This explains some not so sharp tripod pictures I have taken!

Good , great , fantastic tutorial , inspiring- with a good instructor .
After buying this camera a few month back , which was a good investment, after buying a few lens, now im going to try out a 20 mm 1.8 nikon lens which is suppose to rock.
Photography is actually a healthy hobby, business , because you are pretty much always on your feet or moving around.
