Love this! A truthful photographer....showing the before and after edit. I rarely find a video where someone does that. Makes me feel a bit more normal!
Gosh - her dress beautifully suits her as does the bouquet - some of those bride groom portraits are stunning!
Enjoying your videos. Love the sense of humor you add to your vlogs and these images are some of my faves so far. Cheers !

Great video. Really appreciate that you include sooc images as well to know the actual capture in addition to final image. Also perfect point of view being able see the settings, and the full camera as well as the scene. What is the POV camera and how is it attached to the Nikon?

Your sooo talented
Thanks Taylor for another great video. Do you have any examples of the highlight videos you do.
Hi Taylor, great video as always! For the walking down the aisle shots with your 70-200 lens, do you keep your aperture at f2.8 or does it vary?
Amazing ☺💕
Awesome video...Thank you for explanation.
Please how were you able to reduce the flare while shooting the couple against the sun?
Awesome bro

What's the name of the venue?
Hey Taylor do you expose to the left?
Lovvvveeeely video brooo👌👌👌
That's great
Thanks for this
Amazing video.. Great framing.. only thing I concern is the closeup sharpness may be because of RUclips compression. Rest the angles framing concept amazing.. thank you for sharing this awesome video. I learned lots from your video.. thank you so much.
Hi Taylor, great work as always. May I ask what 2019 preset you used, colour or V2? Thanks
I really like watching all your videos and tips. What kind of flashlight do you have? You’re awesome photographer. Thank you
Love your videos! Quick question for you. What aspect ratio do you suggest when using your 85mm fixed? I shoot Canon and have the 85mm fixed 1:1.2. Thank you.
Best of the best
Great video ! The orchid doesn't bother me btw
I have weddings this month so I am watching ur videos
Big one coming out tomorrow!
Are you spot metering? Gorgeous work!
Taylor, I appreciate your videos. One question... have you ever considered decaf? LOL
These are amazing! Have you had any issues with godox flashes setup on different channels but yet both "all" still trigger? I've been having that issue lately.... On a side note do you only use prime lenses now for the most part except for the 70-200mm. I'm wondering if a 24-70mm would still be beneficial since I already have a 35 and 85mm primes. Sometimes changing lenses can get quite annoying when a group wants a picture right away.
wow is a wonderful journey , i have question about how to process extra light in photo ?
You are such a good mentor. Would love to work with you in the future. :D
Do you have video(s) on how you edit your wedding pictures? thanks
Thnx brother
Wonderfull
U r awesome broii
Unbelievable how many shots you take. I started in the late 70's and used a Hasselblad for most weddings- 12 frames per roll, with each roll needing to be developed and proofed- with nothing other than a light meter to be sure that exposures were right. Nothing could be done after the film was exposed other than having the lab push, pull, burn or dodge. Retouching a negative was an incredibly expensive and/or time consuming investment. It was such a different experience knowing that I had to compose each shot with incredible care. Although I've been working with computers rather than in the darkroom over the past 20 years I do wish that every photographer challenged themselves to limit themselves to a set number of exposures using "old fashioned" lighting techniques to test and improve their skills on a frame by frame basis. It's such a different world now when everyone has a camera and very few have worked with film in a darkroom. We've gained the ability to be fool proof, but it means that so many more fools can get involved as tradespeople rather than craftspeople. Spoken like an old photographer and so thankful to have worked in that bygone era.
Yep. Times are different now. There’s a market again for film though. It’s just about $70 to buy/develop/scan from a pro lab including shipping since very few local labs are still around
love the sound of the shutter.. lovely images man..
AmazinG😘😘
I have a big problem with my V1. I hope someone could help me to figure out something. I bought a GODOX V1F for my FUJI X-T3. I tried the various settings and everything worked initially...now it no longer fire, not even pressing the test button. I tried to connect the X-PRO trigger, same result. The modeling light turns on and everything else work properly.
Taylor!!! Do you using a picture profile on your videos when you're switching back and forth??? Do you know anything about sonys and shooting stills and video as you do at the same time?? I want to be able to switch back and forth without using the dial.
Hi Taylor, great video thanks. I’m a British wedding photographer and it really interested me how in the USA you have a first look segment to your day. In the uk the first look is always at the ceremony as she walks down the aisle. Is that the norm in the US or is it just something you incorporate? Thanks
it’s a very personal thing for the couple! some couples prefer it but others opt for a more traditional first look as the bride walks down the isle.
So during the ceremony when you threw the flash on...you are still just shooting at your normal settings and using the flash as extra light? Or are you doing the whole (don’t know the exact wording) where you shoot a test shot and it’s almost all the way black that way you’re only using the flash for light? (If that makes sense at all)
Yooo I wanna learn from youuu and How to use off camera flash with natural light on indoors. I got an A7iii and a Godox V860ii-S
Golden Hour goodness
Sir I am big fan your
mn the pics are real nice
Could I ask what focus point u use?? Single focus point?? How do u keep focus on the people walking towards u
he Taylor how is your subtle preset turning out on the z6? does the color warmth balance chance? and what profile you use in Lightroom adobe standard v2 for the z6?
Started re-watching all of these to watch the off-camera flash work and try and wrap my head around it more. But have a completely unrelated question - What XQD card are you using (or settings, more likely) that allow you over a 20 image buffer and over 2.2k images on the card? I just get around a thousand with a 128 gb XQD. Painful!
I am using my V1 to ounce off the wall in receptions / first dance etc. but it overheats frequently. Have you noticed this too? I know a bigger unit with a fan would not run into this problem but I don’t really want to carry a bigger unit. Maybe the AD100?
Nice
The 3 people who didn’t like this video didn’t devote their souls to adobe. 😂😂
What about a Canon EF 70-200 f/4 IS @ ISO 3200 on a Canon 5D mrk II?
Hello, I like your video. You film with which gopro? and how do you hang it on your SLR?
i need Canon 90D😍😍❤️❤️❤️
What memory cards do you use?
Great video thanks for sharing! how many go pro batteries do you use to record you bts videos?
If I run the GoPro session I bring a pack and usually charge it once per wedding. Full size GoPro I’m typically using about 2 batteries recording at 2.7k
7:35 "OOOO that reflection is nice" Taylor Jackson's brain
. . .
Probably.
Hi , are you f and shutter speed on M but as I understand on ceremony your iso on auto ? Thanks
Yeah on fire
does the D850 have face recognition? you shoot from landscape mode and portrait mode so fast and do you even move your focus point?
Thank you, What ISO setting did you use?
