the first girl made me extremely emotional. i’m trying to find my passion for exercising again. i’ve struggled w binge eating my whole life. i never tied it to depression, i thought it was just out of boredom. but i started to eat a lot about 2 years ago when i was eating for comfort. it’s been an on and off relationship with food. i’ve only been constantly confident in myself when i lost a ton of weight and FINALLY felt happy about myself.
recordsoup hello! honestly, keeping yourself occupied is the best thing you can do. mentally, emotionally, physically. i take about 30mins to an hour to work out. not even crazy stuff. even cardio helps! for the food situation... i just started drinking only water. i would feel guilty after binge eating so i decided to eat more veggies. you can eat like 10X veggies than you can w snacks. also, try to eat a good, big breakfast! i allow myself to eat from 8am-8pm. just so then i can have more control. food cannot control you, you need to control it. it’s really hard to control eating especially when you’re using it as comfort. and working out even just for walks or a couple push ups... something, always boosts your mood! just keep up the good work. i believe in you! it’s a process but i know you can conquer it! 🥰

I know lots of people (including me) need to hear this: EATING ONE COOKIE DOESNT MAKE YOU A FAILURE!! Everyone eats junk food once and a while! It isnt easy! Im still trying to start eating healthy and the amount of times Ive ended up eating junk food and giving up is insane😭 But we can do it guys I believe in youuuu
It's probably unrealistic for most people to quit junk food all at once. We're human, guys, so sometimes all we can do is to either learn to negotiate with our cravings or feel miserable and risk not making through because of it. We'll eventually be able to eat less restrictively, but we must take care of our motivation throughout.

I did her workout for a month and not only i lost weight but i was more energetic than before and without diet i loosing weight. Her workout is super easy and effective. I did switch to other trainers for a change but naahhhh her way of pushing us by simple talk and motivation is all i need.

I finished the challenge yesterday and I didn’t get abbs 😂 but I’m still happy because I dropped three pounds and my body looks better overall. I’ve been doing Chloe Ting’s Slim Thigh Workout Plan for the last 16 days and I didn’t take measurements or weighed myself because it wouldn’t have been good for my mental health. Any time I get any progress in my weight loss I gain it back bc i justify some bad habits of mine. I feel much healthier now and I eat better too. Not the best eating but I’m more mindful of my eating. I feel stronger and I can see a difference between day 1 vs today. I have 9 more days and then I want to do another one of her plans!
I'm from Mexico and found your videos during this quarantine, let me tell you that I used to be that person who wasn't worried about my body, but when I decided to do something(cause: a knee injure) your routines gave me a huge results... now i love working out and want to be as disciplined as possible. 2 months ago I was determined to lose weight and ate less, tracked my calories, and did intense workouts for almost an entire month, but unfortunately the scale completely discouraged me because I had only lost 4 pounds. I wish I had realized that the scale number wasn't that important because I was looking way better, but since I got so unbelievably depressed over the number I gained back the 5 pounds plus 5 more. I'm going to try working out again, but it's hard especially knowing I'm going to be a lot busier now with school and I was doing so well before. I will try my best now.
I LOVE SuzieJTodd, I actually saw her doing this before I found Chloe. Her progress is goals for me (plus she looks super fun to hang around with, her sense of humour is hilarious 😂)

I was an athlete for many years, I ate junk food!!! I still had a "perfect" body I just need it some sumplimemts.

I did her workout for a month and not only i lost weight but i was more energetic than before and without diet i loosing weight. Her workout is super easy and effective. I did switch to other trainers for a change but naahhhh her way of pushing us by simple talk and motivation is all i need.

That day, I started a walking challenge. I walked for 2.5 miles for 21 days. Then I started your Standing Abs work-out. Three days later, I added your Hip Dips workout. OOH LAWD! I thought I would die on day 1!😬 But I am now on day 13 and have convinced my 62-year old sister to join me. She already walks EVERYDAY for an hour and has done so for YEARS. BUT, she said she ALMOST DIED trying to make it through day 1 of your Standing Abs!😂 I’m happy to report that she is now on day 8, and we have BOTH committed to 25 days on this program! I finished the challenge yesterday and I didn’t get abbs 😂 but I’m still happy because I dropped three pounds and my body looks better overall. I’ve been doing Chloe Ting’s Slim Thigh Workout Plan for the last 16 days and I didn’t take measurements or weighed myself because it wouldn’t have been good for my mental health. Any time I get any progress in my weight loss I gain it back bc i justify some bad habits of mine. I feel much healthier now and I eat better too. Not the best eating but I’m more mindful of my eating. I feel stronger and I can see a difference between day 1 vs today. I have 9 more days and then I want to do another one of her plans!

2 months ago I was determined to lose weight and ate less, tracked my calories, and did intense workouts for almost an entire month, but unfortunately the scale completely discouraged me because I had only lost 4 pounds. I wish I had realized that the scale number wasn't that important because I was looking way better, but since I got so unbelievably depressed over the number I gained back the 5 pounds plus 5 more. I'm going to try working out again, but it's hard especially knowing I'm going to be a lot busier now with school and I was doing so well before. I will try my best now.
Chloe has actually lead me to watching some of these people to get motivated.

after watching multiple chloe ting challenge videos, what I’ve ultimately learned is that
• it’s not about the weight you did or didn’t lose at the end, but how you look, and feel, too
• it’s okay if you stop during workouts, we’re all in different levels
• if you don’t get abs, it’s okay, it’s about the endurance you feel
• eat not to feel full, but satisfy.
• eat all your 3 meals
