The girl with the purple hair needs to give herself more credit. The fact that she has stuck to the workouts and tried practically every single one available shows how dedicated she is on her journey. I can tell a difference from looking at her photos. She looks leaner having built up more muscle. That is a huge achievement and I hope she keeps going strong on her journey.

the girl who said she kinda looks the same after one year was really inspiring. i have been working out for about 4 months and feel like if there are visible results they are reeeally small, but what she said really reminded me that it's not about quick physical changes. it's about mental health, physical health, consistency, noticing the exercises you can do now and couldn't do before... i really liked that she was in this video ❤️
i actually noticed a big difference in her physique in the before and after. she looks a lot more toned and muscular in the after. plus her work out footage she can do those workouts well, she's def strong and fit. hope she keeps going on her fitness journey! 💪

I hate that you were bullied for something as simple as weight, but the confidence gain is EVERYTHING! People naturally respect others with more confidence regardless of looks/size. I hope you keep up exercise for your general health, but even if you get bigger again, just remember the confidence you feel now and keep walking with your head held high. People tend to treat you with the same level of respect you have for yourself. If you love yourself, no one can touch you. Even if they try, self confidence if a good shield and people can respect a girl whose unbothered by failed attempts to bully her. Stay active, stay healthy, and stay CONFIDENT! Same! Then I got pregnant and didn’t gain much weight until after the pregnancy. I wasn’t able to be as active as I was before I had my daughter, so the pounds piled on without me noticing and now I’m back at square one, but with time and patience - I’ll be exactly where I want to be again.

I'm 13 years old weighing 75kg. I've always been the big girl and from a young age, I've always been bullied and I'm over it. Over the past week, I've started to do your fitness journey. I'm currently on day 5 of the 2-week shred and then I will probably go onto a leg workout since my legs are my biggest part of me. Hopefully, I will get to my dream weight: 57 kg. You and I are exactly the same, I'm 14 weighing 74 kg. As a kid I was pretty slim, but when I moved the stress got to me and I began to eat a lot. My highest weight was 80+ kg, and then I got really depressed over it, and managed to starve myself down to 66 kg with the goal of 57 kg. Then I tried to return to my old diet without checking my weight, to hopefully get over the starving, but I just managed to super-gain in about 2 weeks. Now 74 kg, just starting with Chloe Ting to hopefully lose weight the safe and healthy way!
These results are truly insane and inspiring. And the fact that these girls are so consistent is just amazing. I know how hard it is to stay consistent and committed to a workout, especially if the results are coming in slow but you just have to trust the process and keep going. This got me excited to start over. I found Chloe in 2020 and worked out for a few months but fell out of the wagon which I deeply regret that I didn't try again. Hi Chloe! I am 14 at 210lbs and I just started my fitness journey 3-4 weeks ago? And I have been feeling so much better about myself, maybe not my physical state but my mental state I have suffered with binge eating thus my weight. but I have been trying to stop that urge of binge with healthier options and healthier meals. Your workouts have made me become a better version of myself. It may only be the beginning of my journey but I can say that im so excited for the future. I am currently doing the 28 day flat stomach challenge, I just started about a week ago then I got sick so im just now getting back into where i left off but It feels good to get back into it. Me and my mum of almost 60 years started doing Chloe's challenges mid 2020, although we've had a few breaks here and there we always come back. They are so convenient and you can feel yourself getting stronger by the week! We both love you and your workouts
Same here! My mom and I started with Chloe. We stopped because there wasn't enough variety (for our bodies) but still watch her just don't use the schedules she makes. She inspired us to start and that's what counts!
That's so amazing! I'm happy there's others out there working out with chloe and getting stronger and happier from her programs. I always say she's my personal trainer lol. Taking a break sometimes is okay the programs work so well bc of the fact that they're not easy and rest helps you get stronger too bc your muscles get a break.

i’m 15 and a dancer going on 6 years now, building my core is really important, and your exercises help with a strong core. a lot of strongmen say this won’t get you good definition or quick results but i don’t need as much direct strength from weights, but more body weight based since it’s what my focus is.
I began my journey in feb 2020 with 85kg and lost in 11 months 15kg 💪🏻 I also did intermittent fasting and maintained my weight. Actually I’m pregnant I’m soooooo so happy doing your workouts again after the pregnancy! I love and need them ♥️ so glad to see you healthy again Chloe 💋

Started in January and I’ve done 2019 2 week shred, and am now finishing up hourglass program and 30 day glute bridge challenge simultaneously. Im on my 2nd week of Chloe Ting’s abs challenge. It’s not getting any easier, but i can feel my strength building up, my core is more engaged and my stomach has got flatter than before. Start it guys, the sooner the better. There is nothing to regret starting those challenges!!!

@@sabaarif7844 not really a strict diet couse I am just 14 years old and I really made brakes between the diet time but you have to see what your body can actually do. If your body doesn't get slimmer over time you have to change the diet a bit.

I used to be fairly fit and I let myself go during quarantine with my depression and you have inspired me to keep going with workouts and go back to being strong because I miss working out, I enjoy that I can do your workouts at home thank you for all the effort you put into your channel it helps so many people☺️☺️
Results videos like this motivate me to continue to work out. Just started doing your standing abs again Chloe after stopping for months and I'm looking forward to achieving my goals before summer. Been doing your programs since 2020 and it really helped me to cope up with pandemic. Started at 86kg, now I'm at 82kg. And starting again after 2 years of inconsistent work out schedule because sometimes I get too busy. Getting fit and healthy is not an easy journey. There's no overnight result guys. Consistency is the key. Don't get discouraged if you don't immediately see the result that you want. Keep pushing until you achieve your goals.

when you said the thing about “sometimes life just happens and you gain or lose weight without realizing it but be kind to yourself” i started bawling. a few years ago, my sister passed away and i was so depressed that i lost 30 pounds in a month. after that, i started going to the gym constantly and maintained that weight for years. then covid hit and i wasn’t able to go anymore, and recently i realized that i’ve gained almost 50 pounds. it has been hard to even look at myself in the mirror and none of my clothes fit. going from underweight to overweight has caused a lot of mental stress. when i heard you say this, it really meant so much to me. i cant wait to follow your programs and most importantly, to stop being so hard on myself. also thank you for making your programs free. i have always seen other programs and thought that i just wasn’t wealthy enough to have someone help me through it. you’re an inspiration and such a positive role model 🙏🏼💗🌸

I fell out of a challenge a month or so ago. Thank you for uploading this, this is the push I need to start again. I felt bad and discouraged for not being consistent and losing all my progress and hard work to the point that I no longer believed I could pull this off... to anyone in the same situation, let's get back at it! This is just a slip and not a dead end.

I started with Chloe Ting programs in August 2021 after having my daughter. I moved to doing Caroline Girvan's programs in January because I wanted the extra challenge, but still do Chloe Ting workouts here and there. I credit Chloe with giving me the motivation to get stronger and back to skin I feel comfortable in. I'm down 50 pounds since August and feel great!
I'm very bad at exercising. I started your programmes before and never finished them. I have started again because I have gained so much weight. I'm tired of myself. I have only done 2 challenges as of now, the 2021 2 weeks challenge and the 2022 weight loss challenge, BUT, I already see a difference. Two months ago I was planing on going to do liposuction for my stomach thighs and arms I didn’t like my body and wasn’t convinced that working out would do anything for me .. I’ve been seeing your Channel for years but didn’t do any of the workouts .. I started by doing the 2019 2 weeks shred challenge two times in a row, then I rested myself and did the slim thigh challenge twice too, taking a week break between them. after I finished the hip challenge twice, I rested myself and completed the flat tummy challenge, rested again for a couple of weeks, completed the 2019 2 weeks shred challenge, and then studied for a couple of months on separate videos of Chloe, which I chose myself on the channel, 3 times a week. I am now finishing the flat stomach challenge (Jan 2021). all this time I tried to eat 1800 calories a day, drank a lot of water, and allowed myself goodies, fitting them into the daily calorie intake and the balance of proteins, fats and carbohydrates. it happened that I exceeded 1800, but it did not harm the result. I wish you good luck!!

@@sabihakhanfuggi9808 I'm happy to help!!🤗I lost 1.5-3.5 kg a month, depending on the training, this is the result in the long run, the weight does not return, and it is stable even with "poor-quality" nutrition. sometimes the weight did not go away, but the parameters change

I don’t know how many guys do these challenges but I did one of your ab workout videos everyday during my weight loss journey and it was fantastic. Went from 245 to 191 in 3 months. There was a lot of fasting and dieting as well. Great workout challenges though, really good stuff.
Popping in just to say that around two months ago I started the summer shred 2022 and did all the workouts, and I lost 5cm on my waist and 3cm around my lower stomach. No changes in my appearance, but let me tell you, the confidence after finishing each day was over the roof! Thanks a lot chloe, I will *TRY* to keep exercising during the school year. We all can do it, the only thing in our way is ourself!

That last woman made me cry. I gave up on excercise because I couldn't see anything change physically. I was maybe better health wise but didn't see anything on the outside and that made me feel like my body couldn't do anything right. Thank you for that.

Seeing videos like this showing people who have a body type similar to mine... it's really comforting. I've always struggled with my body, was picked on for it in middle school, and have spent my life around some very toxic body positivity narratives that have never left any space for me to feel comfortable with the fact that I don't like how I look and want to change it. I gain weight easily and losing it slowly, so knowing there's people out there who were able to change how they look makes me feel like maybe I can do it too, even if it's going to take a long time.

the girl who said she kinda looks the same after one year was really inspiring. i have been working out for about 4 months and feel like if there are visible results they are reeeally small, but what she said really reminded me that it's not about quick physical changes. it's about mental health, physical health, consistency, noticing the exercises you can do now and couldn't do before... i really liked that she was in this video ❤️

Sometimes the rate of change is slow, so it's hard to notice it on yourself ; but other people will see it
i actually noticed a big difference in her physique in the before and after. she looks a lot more toned and muscular in the after. plus her work out footage she can do those workouts well, she's def strong and fit. hope she keeps going on her fitness journey! 💪
Besides, a small change like 1-2 inches is a whole size difference. It doesn’t need to be a crazy difference to get a confidence boost.

I hate that you were bullied for something as simple as weight, but the confidence gain is EVERYTHING! People naturally respect others with more confidence regardless of looks/size. I hope you keep up exercise for your general health, but even if you get bigger again, just remember the confidence you feel now and keep walking with your head held high. People tend to treat you with the same level of respect you have for yourself. If you love yourself, no one can touch you. Even if they try, self confidence if a good shield and people can respect a girl whose unbothered by failed attempts to bully her.

I'm 13 years old weighing 75kg. I've always been the big girl and from a young age, I've always been bullied and I'm over it. Over the past week, I've started to do your fitness journey. I am also 75k, I am currently 14
You and I are exactly the same, I'm 14 weighing 74 kg. As a kid I was pretty slim, but when I moved the stress got to me and I began to eat a lot. My highest weight was 80+ kg, and then I got really depressed over it, and managed to starve myself down to 66 kg with the goal of 57 kg. Then I tried to return to my old diet without checking my weight, to hopefully get over the starving, but I just managed to super-gain in about 2 weeks. Now 74 kg, just starting with Chloe Ting to hopefully lose weight the safe and healthy way!
These results are truly insane and inspiring. And the fact that these girls are so consistent is just amazing. I know how hard it is to stay consistent and committed to a workout, especially if the results are coming in slow but you just have to trust the process and keep going. KEEP ENGAGING YOUR CORES ahaha. Being consistent guarantees great results, it might take a lot of time but we'll get there eventually. And a HUGE thank you to Chloe💜 I've been doing your workouts for a while now, and I'm so much stronger, healthier and happier. Me and my mum of almost 60 years started doing Chloe's challenges mid 2020, although we've had a few breaks here and there we always come back. They are so convenient and you can feel yourself getting stronger by the week! We both love you and your workouts
Same here! My mom and I started with Chloe. We stopped because there wasn't enough variety (for our bodies) but still watch her just don't use the schedules she makes. She inspired us to start and that's what counts!

Taking a break sometimes is okay the programs work so well bc of the fact that they're not easy and rest helps you get stronger too bc your muscles get a break.

i’m 15 and a dancer going on 6 years now, building my core is really important, and your exercises help with a strong core. a lot of strongmen say this won’t get you good definition or quick results but i don’t need as much direct strength from weights, but more body weight based since it’s what my focus is.
I began my journey in feb 2020 with 85kg and lost in 11 months 15kg 💪🏻 I also did intermittent fasting and maintained my weight. Actually I’m pregnant I’m soooooo so happy doing your workouts again after the pregnancy! I love and need them ♥️ so glad to see you healthy again Chloe 💋

I didn't lost weight at first as well but my muscles grew a lot. I didn't workout much before so I think i really lacked muscle mass.

Started in January and I’ve done 2019 2 week shred, and am now finishing up hourglass program and 30 day glute bridge challenge simultaneously. Get peachy program is next. 10 pounds and 3 inches gone - hard work gets you the results over a period of time! Stay consistent!

Results videos like this motivate me to continue to work out. Just started doing your standing abs again Chloe after stopping for months and I'm looking forward to achieving my goals before summer. Been doing your programs since 2020 and it really helped me to cope up with pandemic. Started at 86kg, now I'm at 82kg. And starting again after 2 years of inconsistent work out schedule because sometimes I get too busy. Getting fit and healthy is not an easy journey. There's no overnight result guys. Consistency is the key. Don't get discouraged if you don't immediately see the result that you want. Keep pushing until you achieve your goals.

when you said the thing about “sometimes life just happens and you gain or lose weight without realizing it but be kind to yourself” i started bawling. a few years ago, my sister passed away and i was so depressed that i lost 30 pounds in a month. after that, i started going to the gym constantly and maintained that weight for years. then covid hit and i wasn’t able to go anymore, and recently i realized that i’ve gained almost 50 pounds. it has been hard to even look at myself in the mirror and none of my clothes fit. going from underweight to overweight has caused a lot of mental stress. when i heard you say this, it really meant so much to me. i cant wait to follow your programs and most importantly, to stop being so hard on myself.

I fell out of a challenge a month or so ago. Thank you for uploading this, this is the push I need to start again. I felt bad and discouraged for not being consistent and losing all my progress and hard work to the point that I no longer believed I could pull this off... to anyone in the same situation, let's get back at it! I started with Chloe Ting programs in August 2021 after having my daughter. I moved to doing Caroline Girvan's programs in January because I wanted the extra challenge, but still do Chloe Ting workouts here and there. I credit Chloe with giving me the motivation to get stronger and back to skin I feel comfortable in. I'm down 50 pounds since August and feel great!

I have only done 2 challenges as of now, the 2021 2 weeks challenge and the 2022 weight loss challenge, BUT, I already see a difference. And it's not just me- my friends and even my mom says I look better. I really couldn't thank you enough Chloe. Super excited for the new challenge, gonna do it with water bottles as weights lol.

I just want everyone to know, the recipes on Chloe's website have helped my diet SO MUCH! I've started lifting weights and a lot of her recipes are high protein, not too high in calories, and are SO YUMMY! The ones I've made have been so simple, they've become my go tos! Two months ago I was planing on going to do liposuction for my stomach thighs and arms I didn’t like my body and wasn’t convinced that working out would do anything for me .. I’ve been seeing your Channel for years but didn’t do any of the workouts .. I started 6 weeks a go and have seen the changes in my body within 10 days I have a defined 11 line now my thighs are way more toned for the first time in my life I can say that I really love my body .. you have no idea how much I appreciate what you’re doing .. thank you so much I’ll keep going and try my best to maintain my results .. no more liposuction ideas anymore .. thank you so much Chloe .. I started by doing the 2019 2 weeks shred challenge two times in a row, then I rested myself and did the slim thigh challenge twice too, taking a week break between them. after I finished the hip challenge twice, I rested myself and completed the flat tummy challenge, rested again for a couple of weeks, completed the 2019 2 weeks shred challenge, and then studied for a couple of months on separate videos of Chloe, which I chose myself on the channel, 3 times a week. I am now finishing the flat stomach challenge (Jan 2021). all this time I tried to eat 1800 calories a day, drank a lot of water, and allowed myself goodies, fitting them into the daily calorie intake and the balance of proteins, fats and carbohydrates. it happened that I exceeded 1800, but it did not harm the result. I wish you good luck!!
@@sabihakhanfuggi9808 There were times when I didn't train because of illness or laziness, so it's not worth exhausting myself, you need to go at your own pace💗

@@sabihakhanfuggi9808 I'm happy to help!!🤗I lost 1.5-3.5 kg a month, depending on the training, this is the result in the long run, the weight does not return, and it is stable even with "poor-quality" nutrition. sometimes the weight did not go away, but the parameters change

I don’t know how many guys do these challenges but I did one of your ab workout videos everyday during my weight loss journey and it was fantastic. Went from 245 to 191 in 3 months. There was a lot of fasting and dieting as well. Great workout challenges though, really good stuff.
Popping in just to say that around two months ago I started the summer shred 2022 and did all the workouts, and I lost 5cm on my waist and 3cm around my lower stomach.
No changes in my appearance, but let me tell you, the confidence after finishing each day was over the roof!

That last woman made me cry. I gave up on excercise because I couldn't see anything change physically. I was maybe better health wise but didn't see anything on the outside and that made me feel like my body couldn't do anything right. Thank you for that.

I tried her workouts about a year ago and I could not finish a single workout. After months of exercising I finished her 2021 two weeks shred Challenge today. You can‘t really see a change in my body but I‘m still proud 🍀 Thank you Chloe for providing all of this 💕

I've been wanting to try working out for awhile now, but I've just had no idea or clue how to, and the fact that all these videos are free!!! This is what I needed, someone to tell me what to do and to motivate me. I've only just started (3 weeks in), but the workouts just make me feel so good even if there isn't a lot of visual change to see, at least yet. Seeing videos like this showing people who have a body type similar to mine... it's really comforting. I've always struggled with my body, was picked on for it in middle school, and have spent my life around some very toxic body positivity narratives that have never left any space for me to feel comfortable with the fact that I don't like how I look and want to change it. I gain weight easily and losing it slowly, so knowing there's people out there who were able to change how they look makes me feel like maybe I can do it too, even if it's going to take a long time.
