I took my intercooler hoses off about 2 years ago and had about the same amount of oil. I’d didn’t have any rough running but was hesitant when accelerating, my inlet manifold was oily and had loads of carbon build up, gave the manifold pressure sensor a clean that seemed to fix the issue.
