Even disabling all features, clearing cache, reinstalling and doing everything to try to improve the performance of this fatware, it still doesn't work as it should on my laptop, because my Teams freezes too much when I enter a meeting, it takes a century to send messages on the chat, slow moving the mouse cursor and clicking on some UI element and among other serious performance issues. My laptop configurations: Compaq Presario CQ23 with Intel Celeron N2820 2.13GHz, 8GB RAM, Intel HD Graphics Bay Trail 2013, Windows 10 Pro and 500GB HD. Actually, my laptop had 4GB of RAM, but last year I bought an 8GB DDR3 module to see if performance would improve, but I realize I wasted money. Should I have to buy a new laptop on pandemic with Intel i9, RTX 3090 and 64 GB of RAM for Teams to run perfectly? Microsoft literally brought out shitty software that doesn't have necessary optimizations on low-end laptops.
umm.. i have 4gb ram and amd 3020e processor but my teams lag for a bit and then it goes and ur so lucky that u can buy 8gb of ram i can't even buy it coz my parents said pls adjust lol

my pc is - intel i 7. 8 gb ram with no graphics card and i also use obs recording at same time but no lag at all.....
firstly u all increase ur virtual ram memory and set ur pc for best performance instead of best vision

God, I hate teams.
I really wanna vent as I type this, teams lagged so bad it froze my laptop to the point I couldn't switch tabs so my teacher thought I was ignoring them, I can't do anything about it so I had to restart my entire laptop so I had to leave the class, now I have to wait for my laptop to restart and GOD I HATE TEAMS
Disable GPU, and cleae teams cache.

sir it is saying that action cant completed bcoz the folder or file in it is open in another program

Restart your computer, quit Teams and try again
bruh u have to close all applications and delete it. it is saying this coz teams is open and u can't delete

Navigate to %appdata%/Microsoft/Teams in a File Window.
Select everything in the folder.
Delete everything.
