Great video but im confused in one thing about that multi grain . You mixed all grains and made home made but the grains you mixed were processed too to right? as its packaged

So It is unfair to compare only one Roti with bowl of Rice.

i use to do the same rice in bowl in little amount and daal or sabzi in excess 😊 and seen results as well..portion control actually works😁✌

Rice 🌾 love but I prefer to replace white rice to white millet as my khicha with lots of vegetables. Is much taster than white rice . 👍🏻

If you didn’t want to do exercise its okay do walk for 40 to 50 minutes and take healthy breakfast you eat 5 wheat in a day but with suitable time and drink alottt of water in a day and in dinner you also take rotiii it will definitely help you in weight loss i follow this avoid sugar sometime you take sugar but a little bit 😇

Yes it is good advice to buy you own different grain atta now days easily available, I also follow the same routine advice by you. I eat rice, multigrain roti as described by you, but limited quantity. And in full lockdown even after lack of gymming I have not gained 100 gm😊. Little activity and reasonable eating can really help.

I eat rice everyday but I've lost 10 kgs 😛 it's basically the timings of the food you eat. Avoid rice after 5pm
