What I like about your channel is you don't report the fluff news in the off-season that basically reading a headline is good enough. I already unsubbed from a couple channels for fluff and filler and gossip. Just keep being yourself. Don't mold to what grabs only numbers because those channels get very boring very quickly. Hawks don’t need him, Murray showed he could do more at the PG position in the 1st year w ATL. Traes shot selection fell and although he could still put up 25-30 a night it came only after shooting the ball at a high volume of attempts. His ast will remain strong but he has to come better with the new talent coming as well as players coming into their own. He will get passed up soon. He is a solid player in the league but not a max all star
for me i just prefer to hear about current nba players, gossips around the league. I dont want to hear about players history, stories about players, or past players. Only the most recent nba stuff.

Trae plays a very American game. The international game needs guys who play roles. The quarters are shorter. The refs allow much more contact. There is no space for guys who need to shoot into a rhythm and don't play defense and sacrifice. In the last Olympics KD was a basketball god. (A truly underappreciated accomplishment for Durant that was overlooked because the games were in Japan and people just looked at the highlights.) The rest of the squad (except Draymond) looked a bit overwhelmed and then uncomfortable by the game pace. If there weren't guys like Green and Jerami that knew to get him the ball well as guys like Keldon and Javale who coaches don't need to worry about playing, that team doesn't even medal. BUT, yeah... not even inviting him? That's brutal.
It depends if he can convert to pass-first point guard. I honestly think he would do that for the national team. In FIBA you need a really good pass-first point guard, who can make plays(Trae has consecutive 9+apg seasons). In FIBA, those guards can leverage their impact on another level. Satoransky, Rubio, Dragic, Bogdanovic are really dominant in those matches even against USA.

I honestly do not understand why Trae gets dissed so much by the League. I understand why he isn't on Team USA, they don't need what he brings. But to be disrespected constantly and not even put on the list of 44 is absurd. The Hawks team that ruined Simmons was a ton of fun to watch, mainly because of him! & I could see him going on another run in the future! Great vid , this needed to be brought up.
Also, I feel like it's because he's an Adidas athlete. USA Basketball is run by Nike, and the starting 5 of the team was 4 Nike and 1 Jordan (owned by Nike) brand players. Until they inserted Anthony Edwards in the starting 5, which was because they lost to the other USA Basketball lineup. I heard this from Gil's podcast when he was mentioning why Ant wasn't in the starting 5
I do not watch ATL and not much of NBA but i do like them because of Tray and my countryman Bogdan Boganovic. Knowing their personalities they must be good friends besides just teammates. Now, Bogdan always plays for the national team and he puts heart and soul on the field each game and has states that national team is his priority always. Think the same goes for Luka Doncic, same draft as Trae. That being said i would understand that it must be really hard for him not to compete against his friends and rivals in a tournament where they play their best. He knows that he would put a performance for us and justify how great he really is to those who still do not believe.

To be honest, FIBA play is way more physical than the NBA where Trae can guard literally nowhere. There’s also less spacing in FIBA. If Team USA is gonna compete they’ll need versatile 2-way players with size and a team mentality.

All-star on offense, bottom of league defense. You don't need a team of 12 offensive stars. I think it's good to have 3-4 guys who excel on defense but can still spread floor. You don't need a team of 12 offensive stars.
I think it's good to have 3-4 guys who excel on defense but can still spread floor.
You don't want a weak link like Trey you can exploit when you have other all nba option offensive options without the defensive liability.

Well just judging by Defensive Rating, he’s around the same level of Tyrese and Jalen.
Only reason valid enough for why I think they deserve spots over him despite clearly being worse offensively, is because of their natural size, and that defense, in a sense, can quickly be coached, and a lot is just about effort and focus
