- My favorite late season race, IM 70.3 Indian Wells La Quinta is a flat, fast course, but it's not without its quirks! I've had two of the best races of my life there and wanted to share some of the strategies I've acquired specific to this course.
I highly encourage you to also check out my video on cold water adaptation here: • What's the Deal with: ... Спорт
Not racing Indian Wells, just here to support.
Don' make the people wait 6 months for another video. We're in the golden age of triathlon content - happy to have another pro channel!
Covid was a blow to my content creation motivation as well, but I'm getting back in the groove!
Glad to see you back on the platform sir! Good tips for this race. 🙌
Appears to be a direct correlation between my fitness and my focus on youtube videos! Thankfully they're both trending up!
Thank you so much for this video Ben, you have no idea how much it helps!
Thank you for this! Very helpful info.
Awesome video! I just did Hawaii 70.3 and the run was on a golf course 😢. Not fun at all. Thank you for pointers. I’ll see you at the race!
Do you recommend a neoprene swim cap?
Thanks for the video- What do you mean by split transition?
It means T1 and T2 are in different locations. So the bike is a point to point rather than a loop that comes back to where the swim was. This mostly just means the day before is a little more involved because you have to go to two locations to check in/check your bike. Otherwise, everything else is pretty much the same!
This was an exceptional explanation! Thanks.
