    great video
Fluid2 is what i been using for so long, i used it with an old gatorskin tire for my rear wheel.
the tables is awesome i used bar stools as that was in my old apartment with a bookshelf so i can watch 2 things at once. one for workout screen and 1 for videos or watch races while training
enjoy your off season and both of you should be in the top 100 next season hopefully

Do you find that with the wheel-on trainer your tyre gets worn down a lot quicker? I want to grab one but seen a few comments around about how it's best to also get a spare wheel to use on the trainer. Sorry for the noob question, just getting into the sport!

A spare wheel is definitely useful to have, but I've also gone periods where I have an older gp4 or 5000 on the same wheel I ride outside and I think it's perfectly fine to do as long as you keep an eye on the wear! I find high quality tires wear far less than cheaper ones or even ones meant for the trainer.

@@bensummerdeal9528 thanks you! Guess I don’t need to overthink it and just go for it. Hope everything’s going well in your training 👍
