We opened our shop on the 20/12, so far we have made 9 sales in that time with no promotion. We have one listing for a ready made version and one for kit version of our 11 products, should we create more listings of the same products, add new product or go to socials first?

My shop has been open since January and I haven’t made a sale yet. I think maybe my stuff was too niche, so I’m thinking of deleting everything and restarting for the spring with more appealing merch. Ideally, I’d love to sell totes, stickers, tees and digital downloads but I fear POD is too expensive for me to start up. Maybe I could start with digital downloads but of what I don’t know. @@dylanjahraus I really come originally from like the architecture and photography world, but have been working with healing etc for many years now. But now I felt it was time to get back into my creative passions and since I want to be free and be able to work from anywhere Etsy just "came into my life" as a great place to start.. I've watched many of the videos etc "chasing trends", but I must say it wasn't until you shared to focus on the client instead that it really came together for me. I was like told by my Angels to look at Illum bolighus in Denmark (I'm Swedish) and just see how they presents a lot of different products under the same brand, but they are focused on very stylish like Scandinavian design and I am really, really into colors and flowers, so it wasn't until I learned about Anthropologie that it really clicked for me. There is "Liberty" in London as well who I then remembered as well, but yeah.. that is kind of the niche I'm interested in designing for. Thank you 🙏🏼💖 I will focus on only really well designed listings and try to do my very, very best with branding, mockups, SEO's etc. I'm limited to only do POD or maybe also digital downloads at the moment, so just have to make my very, very best to make it as awesome and wonderful and exclusive as possible. Do you have any tips about a solid providor that can deliver like duvet covers in anything else than polyester?? I really would like to offer like a beautiful cotton satin or something similar.. When you are pinning, do you pin to your board or yo group boards? Jow many liatings do you pin per day? Also for facebook, do you promote your ahop or a listing?
i have a noob question ; for example i put a "pod" listing on etsy and it sold , how i pay to company which printed item for me? , does etsy send them or they bill my credit card on Pod website?
Normally they are linked to your Etsy shop and if it's done correctly it will sync with your POD provider and print/ship it for you. Just make sure they are properly connected!

I have tried to upsize print files in Canva (that were created in Canva) but the elements don't move to the same place as the previous size. Do you have a video on how to upsize without losing image quality and location? Should I first make them a PNG before upsizing? Thanks!
Create a new file in the size they would like and copy and paste the PNGs with the ideal placement from the original file. Then to re-size, select all elements and hold down "shift" while they drag the corners to enlarge all elements.
