I would stay clear of products with easy barrier of entry. They tend to have higher marketing cost and lower margins. If I were to go in it, I better come in with a product that they cannot resist either in price or design.
A meal planner is something even I'm interested in. I can make it myself but it's just easier and quicker to buy. No product is too saturated, you only need to find your audience.

Should we hire developers , manufacturers, ...and what about the ads baring Etsy...Products ideas....R we going outsource everything for automation and enjoi.....OR we need to develope and design products on our own, first...and witing for the rest to be History////???...what is the road map and blueprint , if some body a newbie would like to start these kind products.....As one is motivated by urs videos...or may be.....he/she shouldnt start a one....Whats the Bottomline....

me too did it all have 3 sales with over 300 products and now I will have to shut my etsy store down
