I'm a young mom of 3, just started my small business this month, handmade and hand embroidered kids clothing. Working from my kitchen table in our 600sq ft home. This is SO INSPIRING!!! I can't wait to see where I'll be in 5 years 🥹
Loved this!! She inspired me with my shop with her advice off her blog and 450 sales later it’s been a blessing. Thank you, Elyse die your wisdom and transparency!
Yours is the first "how I got started on Etsy" that I've heard where you actually share the WHOLE process. Most people just explain how they connected their etsy to whatever. Nothing like this, nothing step-by-step that's REAL and not generic. Thank you.
I seen three of your RUclips shorts and for two years I was like wooowww I want to do that but all for God and his promises and two years later I’ve finally started my small Christian business on Gods promises and I’ve never forget you inspired me you look so happy in your videos and hard working ❤
What a wonderful, Real story of business invention and growth. In social media full of con artists saying ‘take my coaching course and make six figures next week’, you are a breath of clean, fresh air. And a fabulous inspiration.
This is brilliant and the fact that her business didn't get shut down as Etsy are quite famous for that. Well done for creative innovation and growth. It works if you work it. 😊
Thank you for sharing your journey! It gives insight and hope. Sometimes it feels like it takes too long to see the growth we as small business owners envision. A beautiful reminder that it takes time, enjoy the process and just take it one step at a time and eventually you'll achieve your goals. Congrats on the success!
You sound like my daughter except starting a business when she was in pharmacy school. She was lost after she finished school, got married and finished her research internship. She looks back and wonders how she did it all.
Really like the in-depth behind the scenes view of your business and your positivity. I used to be a fed ex ground driver many years ago so seeing your big deliveries bring back memories.
You're a huge inspiration to me! I have been running an Etsy shop selling mainly stickers since late 2021, and I've had some success but nothing substantial. I'm super proud of how far I've come, and I have my own website/online shop through Shopify now... I just feel like I'm lacking direction. I love my products and designs and I'm so proud of them, but getting people to see them is the hardest part. I've also been dealing with some pretty severe anxiety and burnout, so I'm just hanging on by a thread. I hope to one day be as successful as you.
Hiya. I’m in a similar place. Except this is the first video I’ve watched of her. I have an Etsy shop and am building a Shopify presence, too. I plan to have an IG page in my niche with 80-90% Content, and 10-20% ads for my Shopify store. And I will finish it off with Facebook ads. I’ve been watching YT videos, and this formula seems best. Anyway, maybe try IG and FB advertising. Good luck!
You are a true inspiration! Amazing what you accomplished at such a young age! You are a hardworking individual that is a great role model for anyone at any age. Thanks for sharing your journey 🥰
Thank you so much for showing us how you do your businesses. I have had an idea in my head for the last 3 years, haven't done it yet. What you have done is amazing. I will start on my project now.
Its the transition from making yourself with a cutting machine to out sourcing is, I think, the biggest leap, and sometimes a gamble. So happy for you it has blossomed in to such a successful enterprise.
Thank you, I totally agree! I originally printed my greeting cards and some of my stickers myself, but finding a good manufacturer has definitely been key as I transitioned. And sometimes a manufacturer who is great with one product isn't for another. It's a lot of trial and error.
Well done! Bravo! You've succeeded in every way intellectually with your business with your private life amazing! You can be so proud of you after all this hard work!
You go girl! I love how open you are, it's a great quality to have. I have been following you only for a few months now from Australia & I have been buying things that I need to start my own small business. It will be working from out of my garage as I don't have a car. Your art work is beautiful! Though I won't be selling what you are selling, I too love art & gardening so I will have those things mixed within my business. I can't 'work' fulltime as I'm disable but that is just a word to be. I hope you keep getting bigger & better as it's your dream & dreams are very important. More Power to you ☺ PS. I've now watched 1 & 2.
