- Imagine this-a hamburger topped with bacon, wrapped in dough, and plunged in hot oil. That's what you get when you order the deep-fried Langos burger, a unique Eastern European riff on the classic American cheeseburger invented by the Brooklyn gastropub, Korzo. Using Hungarian langos dough to encapsulate the patty, George will attempt to make this highly technical burger for the first time ever on camera. Unquestionably we're about to go on a science adventure as George teaches you how to cook this deep-fried bacon burger at home.

He hasn't even come to Mexico yet where their "Street Burgers" have taken on whole new avenues. I have made burgers in tamales wrapped in banana leaves, for one minute example. Yum!
He still doesn't demonstrate a lot actually. Chicken burger, a fish burger, shrimp burger, vada pav, kafta burger etc. I would like to see him covers the history of Jucy Lucy vs Juicy Lucy.

I think it’s mostly a statement that hey George is an adult in his what early to mid 40’s maybe older maybe younger idk. If he skates still that’s dope more and more we are seeing people of all ages keeping up with hobbies they have done since they were younger. That’s really cool . George is already a cool dude skating and probably a bunch of other things he does make him a rad dude whom is probably older than a portion of his audience.

You nalied the 'Lángos' pronounciation and the color! :) A real one is really airy inside, you need a some oil when you stretch it and work it, so it's going to be almost gooey and tangible in texture and shiny. Really awesome pastry, with garlic oil, sour cream and grated cheese (and some bacon, if you feel like it). Love the show and greetings from Hungary! ;)
I've tried burger in Langos in Budapest and it was delicious. Langos itself is great. I love hugarian quisine, fruit soup is one of the best dishes i've tried.

I don't know if it's because I am a fat foody but I find these vides with George talking and cooking relaxing and fun. I want to try every burger he cooks. I have never been disappointed by any of his Burger Scholar videos.

Here in Thailand there's no ground beef or hamburger buns at the store. Had to invent my own specialty burger today lol. Two chicken-pork patties, seasoned with fish sauce, soy sauce, ground parched garlic+onion, and Thai chilis. Served with mayo, grilled onions, tomatoes, in a big cabbage leaf! Tasted like a combination of a normal burger and a pork wonton.
