Still using a 2070S, and apart from it's desire to max it's fans I really found it to be the best option at the time and not worth replacing for what's out past actually spending 1000 dollars AUD.

    Nice video!
I love my 6700xt but I will say I'm a bit surprised at the cyberpunk result. I remembered the 3060ti usually doing better - I wonder if this changed due to the cyberpunk update, is because the built in benchmark just favors it or driver optimization.
Regardless, I think this video shows that all 3 of these cards are still pretty good, especially considering the 2070S can turn on DLSS for great results are 2K resolution used in this video. The extra vram from the 6700xt is definitely going to do it favors going forward

Yup, I think in cyberpunk it may be because of the VRAM specially at higher qualities, at ultra 1440p it uses more than the 8GB available on the RTX 3060 ti, hurting performance as in a lot of other games at high resolutions and high quality settings.

6700 XT seems to be the king of mid-range cards. The 3060's performance just can't cut it, the 3060 ti is almost there but has 4GB less VRAM so will be ousted soon. The only card I can see maybe coming to it's level would be the A770 if Intel can keep refining their drivers.
What do you think would be the better option for gaming + productivity (such as video editing, photoshop, AI generation). I've heard that nVidia is better for everything besides gaming as to where AMD really is only useful for gaming and much slower outside of it. As well as the Intel chips I don't know how they fare.

I think you are right that the AMD cards are not that good at productivity compared to Nvidia, as compatibility and optimizations are not near Nvidia, specially with cuda and other technologies. But from this cards I think I would go with the AMD option as the extra VRAM helps with productivity and all tasks even if the drivers are worst and also the drivers and feature pack on AMD side is getting better so looking at the future and the treatment old Nvidia cards are receiving from them I wouldn't go for an 8gb option specially as even if the core is powerful to play and do heavy stuff like on the Rtx 3070 or 3070 ti, the lack of VRAM hurts a lot and its gonna hurt more in the future or at high resolutions

Damn, how come MSI afterburner is under reporting the amount of power the 6700XT is using? Looks like it's time to start undervolting.

Is not MSI afterburner, is the driver. Afterburner just reads the values the GPU is giving it, but the GPU driver on the latest AMD GPUs calculates total board power without calculating all power usage on all part of the card, that's why the real vs driver measured on AMD cards is really big
