For that price new it is the best one yeah, it's 100$ cheaper than the RTX 4060, or even more and its only a little bit slower, and it's getting better with driver updates

Despite consuming low wattage, rtx 4060 has high temp than 3060 and equivalent to a750... maybe AIBs design small fans for it so the cooling system is not effective than we expect?
When I test them I apply the same fan curve to all of them except for the a750 that does not allow it, so yeah, the RTX 4060 is the budget version from gigabyte so the cooler is really bad, with bad quality materials so it does not cool as much. Also as you say the fans are small, a single fan would make a lot more sense in that design and might even cool it better, but they put two fans as people tend to believe that more fans = more cooling, and here we have the perfect example on why that is not the case
I think intel will still need one or two more generation to truly start the competition. Its gonna be interesting to see what happens when intel starts gunning for xx80/xx90.
Wanted to do an analysis about that with the driver progression and what I saw while using the ARC cards. In my opinion they won't gun for the top of the line for a long time. It's not worth for them and they can't make a product like that for gaming in the close future.
The amazing thing about the 4000 series gpus is the power consumption while being providing better performance. It's fantastic. Like the 4070 I can undervolt the card and still get nearly identical performance to stock.
Only after runnng Unigine Superposition at 4K with a result of 9493, min FPS 61.56 ,avg 71.01 and max at 82.44. 1080p extreme score was 8380 , min 50.15 ,avg 62.68 and max 78.39 FPS. Test done on NUC 12 Extreme with i9 12900 ,32GB ddr4 and Arc770 16GB LE.

bende intel a750 kullanıyorum biraz sıcaklık yüksel ama 3adet 8cm fanı gpu-nun önüne egzos fanı yaptım ve sıcaklığı 8-9 derece daha düşürdüm. sizede tavsiye ederim. anladığım kadarıyla performansı yakalamak için biraz daha fazla watt çekiyor . bu üründe rtx 3560 gibi bişey olmuş :P lol.. tam ortada fiyat/performans ürünü :) ben ok memnunum.

The cooler is not the best, try setting the fans to a higher speed as if it reaches that temperature it will throttle. Also could be worth checking the thermal paste, I've seen some gigabyte models with really bad quality paste that needed changing not like new but earlier than other models, maybe yours went bad or something cause that is not normal on a low power consumption card like this one.
This would be the best option if possible, tho depending on where you bought it they might not let you give it back for that, as it is theoretically inside it's working temperature
I did it with the latest drivers of that time, but I'm always retesting so in the next ARC video I do I'll use the most modern ones. But really it does not matter much, I've been seeing the improvements and comparing tests for different Intel driver versions and there seems to be little to no difference except for a couple of games
I don't have rust but I've seen some benchmarks of it and the ARC cards seem to be running good. Anyways it seems to be a more CPU intensive game so check that out too if you are planning to upgrade your system and are playing that game a lot.
How do you want me to show them? I put the statistics on the tests for that exact reason, you can verify the power consumption clock speeds and other data like VRAM speeds all make sense, but putting a tag with the name or showing a piece of video with GPU-z can be easily manipulated, so i really don't know how you expect me to show them, but I'm open to suggestions. I also have all the original footage and I have no problem uploading it and sharing it if you really want to verify it and don't believe the tests are real.
Arc a750 for 180$ is the best deal its between 3060 a 4060 for that price is unbeatable I think

These cards are really good in raw performance tests and benchmarks, nos with driver updates they are improving in games too

Go to intel arc control panel and increase the fan speed ( fan curve)
Can you check how it currently performs with RDR2, preferably also with 1440p? I'm wondering whether to buy this Intel or a used rx 5700 xt
I think I had a video comparing the two in the channel, but more tests are coming with these cards the following weeks.
Rdr2 runs very good on arc a750.

I have a 4060 Gigabyte Windforce OC and here my GPU gets 86°C at full load. Strange... It is new.

You have warranty, return the card tell them there is an overheating issue.
Do not open the card as long its on warranty

I put the statistics on the tests for that exact reason, you can verify the power consumption clock speeds and other data like VRAM speeds all make sense, but putting a tag with the name or showing a piece of video with GPU-z can be easily manipulated, so i really don't know how you expect me to show them, but I'm open to suggestions.
