I have both and in my opinion, both different guns. Grip angles are completely different (you have to bend your wrist down to find your sights on the Echelon). If you are used to Glocks, you will like the Echelon. If you are used to shooting M&Ps, you will think it’s slower to pick-up the sights on the Echelon. Echelon also has a lighter trigger, I think.
Of my favorite guns. Fits like a glove and that slide action is satisfying

i love my echelon, my favorite striker without a doubt.

Great video. Another thing that's good about it. Is the front dust cover is fenced. The slide to frame fit is closed off from debris. Where your recoil spring is, I'm not sure if I'm explaining correctly. But there's an extra ridge in the front of the frame. Like some of Sigs have.

I was so close to ordering this a week or two ago, but since the 365 Fuse came out, I think me and my medium hands will enjoy that much more
I have medium hands and I like my Echelon. I put the small back strap and it fits nice
I agree with no break-in period. A tool should be ready to use when you buy it.

I’m definitely tricking out mine! Sharps bros metal grip module, powder river precision trigger and spring kit, springer precision comp and guide rod and maybe the mag well too
I threw the Hogue Rubber grip on the Echelon and Striker Precision Comp and now it's growing on me.. XdM Elite Osp Tactical is still a notch over the Echelon with me though.. Gas Pedal, Herrington Arms Comp is just Amazing.. XDM Elite for the win..
Which Hogue grip did you get?

Not sure if you have tried the sig 365 Legion but the hogue g10 on grip is very nice macro size better than my Icarus precision xl older model ace maybe It’s a little slippery. I need some grip tape like I saw on your Glock. What kind is it ?
Any noticeable accuracy difference between the longer threded barrel and the standard?

the grip angle is not in your head. the echelon is almost identical angle to a 1911, not even close to the same angle as a glock. it is much more natural pointing.

I have the echelon but have not shot it yet. Another vid says the steel gets red hot on the slide after a few rounds. Has yours done this?
It gets warm on the front. It has good serrations on the front that it is easier to rack it upfront and you could get used to it. When doing multiple rapid fire drills, just don’t rack from the front 😅

The echelon is the flattest and softest shooting strikered fired handgun on the market today. For the price you can’t beat it the closest to it is the pdp but the pdp is snappy as all get out. It’s not a Glock clone it’s a totally different gun of its own. Shadow systems are trash as I see the cult shadow systems fan bows cry. Anyway I digress…
My XDM is so soft , I was shocked , how does it compare to echelon ? and I am not a Springfield fan boy, I like 1911/2011/cz

Before what? Before they attempted to cut out themselves a nice piece of the exemption pie? CEO says he was ill informed, I find that hard to believe as so did many Americans. They reversed course when they were tossed in the boycott bin. There are other traitors to the 2A I choose not to purchase as well and recommend others do the same.
