    👍Lovely. 😍 I like to separate the grapes into small pieces so guests aren’t touching the whole bunch just to get a few. I’m so happy you talked about keeping hands clean and suggesting to people to not touch their hair when putting the food out!!! I make charcuterie and cheese boards all of the time. I got it from my mom who entertained a lot and used to make them all of the time when I was a kid. I saw a huge round wooden Lazy Suzy st the store...I’m going back to get it!! Thanks! 💞

    Gorgeous board! I'm personally not a fan of crudites or watery fruit on boards, but I love how you explain how and why to separate meats from the rest of the food. Please make more of these!

    Nice assortment of of foods. For that size board it could've handled at least 3-5 types of cheese.

    How do you keep everything fresh? Especially when doing a table for event if you have setup before event and then guest only end up eating it later

      Hi, it's important to store everything on ice... or in coolers/fridge - I put in contract how long it can be out and my company is not responsible if they decide to graze after the time limit I suggest

    More focus on the board is necessary as it’s the main feature. Rather than the pic behind you and yourself.

    You should wash your hands before putting the gluten free crackers on the board because they got contaminated from touching the regular crackers first...just sharing because I recently learned how sensitive that allergy is...plus some deli meat isn’t gluten free. However I admire you acknowledging this issue exist, very thoughtful.

    • @SofiaDedola
      @SofiaDedola  4 года назад

      Totally, usually, if it's an allergy I don't even mess with glutenous items. But since it's a preference It's not as big of a deal- say my clients. But I like the idea of being completely TOTAL. thank you Elle Elle. :)

    Things have moved on a little bit since Sophia was the Queen of Grazing. She's still ok but there is so much content out there that outshines this

      What an odd comment to leave on a stranger’s video 🤔 Sophia is amazing and if you don’t see that, then you just don’t get it 🤷🏽‍♀️

    • @karenhaycock5230
      @karenhaycock5230 Год назад +1

      Maybe you find it an odd comment and Sophia will be a stranger to you all not just me. If you put content out there you have to be able to take negative as well as positive. Clearly my opinion offends some but my opinion. And as for Sophia taking the comment so personally and references my forename in a derogatory fashion, I think that it's a little childish. As for the content being 3 yrs old, I've yet to find much new content from Miss Dedola

      @@karenhaycock5230 Ma’am…Sophia is not a stranger to me. She is my mentor and an great person. May I suggest knitting or possibly crochet as a better way to pass the time? You are absolutely entitled to your opinion but don’t be surprised when people reply back to your comment that you posted on a public forum. Have a great day and I hope you use these social media platforms as more of a positive outlet in the future 😊

    • @karenhaycock5230

      @@TheChimchar111 goodness me...all this for one comment, and to fire back with sarcasm suggesting I take up knitting is as good as the 'Karen' comment from your mentor. I suggest that when you reply back to a comment that you don't agree with, that you keep to the point and not decend into the depths of sarcasm and personal attack. Nothing I said was personal and like I said, I have a right to my opinion without sarcastic comment from you or anyone else
