- HOW TO MAKE A GRAZING TABLE 101
On this episode, I'm sharing all of my tips + tricks for how to make a grazing table. The best part is - I bought all of the supplies from Costco and for under $150. What's a grazing table you ask? Well, it's essentially a giant cheese + charcuterie board that is completely customizable in size, shape, and food selection. It's a great skill to have up your sleeve for any large gathering, party, event, wedding cocktail hour (you get the point), because it feeds a crowd and is quite the display. Can't wait to hear what you think!

I love it I graduated as a chef 2023 and this video is amazing. It is helping me put the grazing table together for my church. Thank you so much for all your hard work.
Love your videos. Would love to see a more overhead shot of you placing the food so we can see how and where (deli meat for example). You do make it look easy and not so scary to try it. Thank you!
Love to see the professional at work in her element 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽ty for sharing your tricks with us!!!
Great job! Looks beautiful!
Awesome presentation and wonderful explanation of how to make this beautiful board
Love the table idea for large crowds!
Fantastic! Excellent , clear presentation!!
This was so helpful!! ❤
looks great... thanks for your video.
Fabulous video, I watched this and used it to help create my first grazing table for a girlie dinner last night and they were very impressed!
Yum. It looks fantastic. I love the mint addition. Would I also eat a strawberry wrapped in a basil leaf? Yes. Yes I would.
Ooh… That sounds delicious! Would the basil hold up on the table for a couple of hours? I’d be concerned about wilting.
Fantastic
Looking for some veggie additions, cucumbers, carrots, cherry tomatos,
Well done
What kind of board you bought from Amazon for setting colourful food on it please !!
Thank you ❤
One thought… Unless you know all your guests very well -well enough to know their dietary needs and restrictions- it’s thoughtful to include a gluten-free option in the cracker selections. Otherwise, great video! Thank you!
how do i know how much meat to use per person?
It's gonna be for an evening birthday after 20:00 o clock.
So what do you do when label on the charcuterie meats says keep refrigerated?
It’s generally considered safe to leave deli meats out at room temperature for 2 hours. For longer events, you might consider putting out only 2/3 of the meat and refrigerating the rest until the board/table needs to be restocked.
Since it's Autumn now, can you please show us how to keep apples and pears from browning for more extended periods?
You can sprinkle some lemon juice on it works wonders
How many people would that. Board feed?
She said 15
This may seem silly, but where do you put the knives for the Brie and Boursin? This always stumps me when I’m making a board 😂
I will be making charcuterie boards and I need some advice about them. I will also be making butcher boards. I'm not interested in making run-of-the-mill discount stuff. I will be making heirloom quality, unique boards. Is there a way to privately email? Thanks, Sam.
I doubt that you can make a charcuterie board that will stay fresh long enough to become an “heirloom.” 😉
i gatta make my first one of these for 1500 people. i will be playing this video in slow motion
😮 how do you know how much food to buy??!! I have an event for 130 people, and I'm still trying to figure it out

This is like watching TV with your slow friend who still watches TV and still sadly thinks its cool.
...I think this is supposed to be mean, but appreciate the comment! :)
Wait… You have friends?! That’s surprising. 🙄
