  • HOW TO MAKE A GRAZING TABLE 101
    On this episode, I'm sharing all of my tips + tricks for how to make a grazing table. The best part is - I bought all of the supplies from Costco and for under $150. What's a grazing table you ask? Well, it's essentially a giant cheese + charcuterie board that is completely customizable in size, shape, and food selection. It's a great skill to have up your sleeve for any large gathering, party, event, wedding cocktail hour (you get the point), because it feeds a crowd and is quite the display. Can't wait to hear what you think!

    Love your videos. Would love to see a more overhead shot of you placing the food so we can see how and where (deli meat for example). You do make it look easy and not so scary to try it. Thank you!

    Yum. It looks fantastic. I love the mint addition. Would I also eat a strawberry wrapped in a basil leaf? Yes. Yes I would.

      Ooh… That sounds delicious! Would the basil hold up on the table for a couple of hours? I’d be concerned about wilting.

    One thought… Unless you know all your guests very well -well enough to know their dietary needs and restrictions- it’s thoughtful to include a gluten-free option in the cracker selections. Otherwise, great video! Thank you!

    So what do you do when label on the charcuterie meats says keep refrigerated?

    • @altitudeiseverything3163
      @altitudeiseverything3163 Месяц назад

      It’s generally considered safe to leave deli meats out at room temperature for 2 hours. For longer events, you might consider putting out only 2/3 of the meat and refrigerating the rest until the board/table needs to be restocked.

    This may seem silly, but where do you put the knives for the Brie and Boursin? This always stumps me when I’m making a board 😂

    I will be making charcuterie boards and I need some advice about them. I will also be making butcher boards. I'm not interested in making run-of-the-mill discount stuff. I will be making heirloom quality, unique boards. Is there a way to privately email? Thanks, Sam.

      I doubt that you can make a charcuterie board that will stay fresh long enough to become an “heirloom.” 😉
