We set plates and utensils off to the side
Some tapers would have been nice maybe in crystal candle holders. Even if it’s light out. You can get some really nice ones anywhere and you don’t have to spend a lot. Since it was raining the warm glow of the candles would have been welcoming. I hope everyone used their forks . That’s probably the best thing because people wouldn’t go wash their hands before eating so if you have tongs they are going to be using them and setting them on top of the food after handling them with not the cleanest hands. The table looks beautiful. Cool that they really enjoyed it! That’s the best part. Knowing they enjoyed something you worked hard on.

this was a standard folding table! wax or parchment paper is what we typically use!

Thank you! We washed and prepped everything the morning of! The assembly of the table took about an hour.

Thank you! I used a French baguette and I didn’t toast them, but if you do toast it, I highly recommend spreading Brie on it before and topping it off with a fresh fruit like blueberries or even a jam!
Beautiful and well planned! I like that you kept the meat to 1 choice! And the cheeses to 2-3 selections. That makes things go faster to not have to fold meat or chop cheeses.

Very pretty. I would have liked to hear what you put in the board instead of music. No foil as a base? Waxed paper will leak thru.
