Always a good idea putting a little more flavor into a good ham. Yours looked delicious. I love it when Janet says honey could you come slice the ham up. We're about ready !! Favorite part. Wait a minute....I never hear that anymore since starting this YT channel. Something went terribly wrong.

My friend, Russ Jones at Smokey Ribs BBQ, turned me on to Bird Dog Peach Whiskey a couple years ago and I love the flavor on pork and chicken...mix in the honey or maple syrup some spice rub.and it's AWESOME!! GREAT JOB RY!!! Happy Easter to you and your family.💗

Nice timing for Easter. I plan on trying this. I just picked up a new Louisiana Grills Vertical Pellet Smoker. This recipe just might be it's maiden voyage, unless I get to the ribs first. Ha! I know it won't bring the same amount of smoke as an offset smoker, but I'm willing to give this a shot using it. I also have a 13+ year old CharGriller with a smoke box attachment that I could use, but I'm interested to see how this ham will come out using the pellet smoker. Maybe 1 1/2 times smoke rather than double smoked? We shall see. Thanks for sharing, Ry.
