  • In today's video, I will be showing you how to make a glazed double smoked ham. This is such an easy recipe, but the results are absolutely amazing! If you're looking for a simple smoked ham recipe for the holidays, or any day for that matter, then you have to give this recipe a try! The combination of the rubs, the glaze, and the wonderful smoke from the FEC100 truly made this one of the best hams I've ever smoked!

    -1 spiral cut ham (or ham of your choice)
    -Dijon Mustard

    | Instructions |
    Prep:
    1. Remove the ham from the packaging and lather with dijon mustard.
    2. Season the ham with a light layer of my Honey Chipotle Rub, followed by a medium layer of Meat Candy.
    | Cooking |
    1. Set your smoker to 275º F and smoke the ham until it reaches a temperature of 138-140º F. This took 3 hours and 45 minutes for this ham.
    2. Once the ham has reached your desired temperature, glaze with the honey peach glaze, and allow the glaze to set for 5-10 minutes.
    3. Once the glaze has set, remove from the smoker and let the double smoked ham rest for 10-15 minutes.
    4. Once the double smoked ham has rested, slice, eat, and enjoy! This glazed double smoked ham is absolutely amazing!

    As you noted, a lot of people will be cooking ham for Easter. I get a free one from my grocery store every year and I've always just baked it in the oven but now I've got something special!!! I'm really looking forward to trying this bad boy! THANKS.

    Spiral hams suck.
