      Coconut!
I heard you say - don't drink the water. Someone said that sugar is sugar so no coconut sugar. MCT oil? Butter flavor coconut oil...im allergic to dairy. Coconut milk (better than almond right?) When is enough enough?

Dr Grundy, few weeks ago I purchased my first pressure cooker, ( I live in North Africa, they cost a fortune here ) and I started using it cooking the food that I crave so much , and that is beans or chickpeas.. and you’re absolutely right that cooking theses legumes after soaking them overnight, in a pressure cooker on low fire for about an hour make them super buttery in texture and taste absolutely great as you advised us before. And feel them just healthier this way. Thank you for your teaching and love that is making a difference for all who listen to you. 🙏

If I love eating sweet potatoes, but I am on a low carb diet, how much sweet potatoes should I ingest each day? (or should only ingest half?). I also make sweet potato steak fries, in the oven with olive oil, rosemary, and salt & pepper to taste. The purple yams helped me lose the weight (I am obese). I also boil them in water. Depending on the size and shape will determine cooking time. I always buy the Un-desirable shapes (because it's cheaper), which are fat bulky one. The much nicer ones are slender, and long tapered types with smooth undamaged skins

Sweet potatoes are hard foods the same with alot of root vegetables not fit for human consumption!! Full if lectins poisons, full of oxalates and phytic acids which all will rob ur body minerals for the whole day making you feel bloated/weak and causing constipation eventually! Hard food is the appropriate word for sweet potatoes and this doctor doesn’t even know it instead he’s only focusing on fake ass nutrients in sweet potatoes that u won’t even absorb apart from its pre vitamin A maybe! And is also agoitrogen!
