Thank you for verifying that once something is ground up into flour it is refined and our bodies process it into sugar which then is stored as fat. One flour that I like to use but you didn't cover is hemp flour. I love making a Hemp and flaxseed flour mix walnut bread that I enjoy. I even sprinkle some basil seeds on top. It makes the perfect bread to have with olive oil and avocado. Everything in moderation. Bon appetit.
One of the best Doctors who has the 'guts' to breakdown the facts! :P I 'gut' a question, could they not pressure cook the chick peas then, flour it?? Thank you Team Gundry!

Good day Dr Gundry, I really hope you answered my question: Do you know how to take out glucotoxin from wheat inside our body? Thank you from my heart and I’m grateful to know you from August 2023, reading your book, do your program, no lectins, buying your products too. I lose from there 210 lbs and now I’m at 170 lbs today.
Hi there! Thank you for your question. We highly recommend consulting with your primary physician if you have any health concerns about adding a new supplement to your regimen, especially if medical conditions exist. Thank you!
I would suggest to use flaxseed flour in moderation, as it can give constipation. The whole flaxseed is easier on digestion. Remember you need loads of water as well with these. There are a lot of old fashion paint products that are based on the oils, and even plumbing uses this oil with the hemp. I would try to consume this seed with loads of water. That's all
Hi dear dr. I have been eating organic old fashioned oatmeal. I would like to ask you if it is as bad to eat it as flour. Thank you for sharing your knowledge.❤
A doctor that I know told me that corn provides hardly any nutrition, that it goes straight through your guts. Is this true, because I don't know myself?
Thanks Doctor ❣️ What about vital wheat gluten (fiber) and oat fiber and bamboo fiber used in keto baking??? The recipe I follow for keto bread uses VWG, oat fiber and flaxseed flour. Thanks

Einkorn wheat is virtually gluten free, low glycemic, and anti-inflammatory. It is the only wheat I can eat. It has never been hybridized.
I just started using it and I love it!❤
Einkorn literally has glutten, maybe 25-40% less than modern wheat.
It has carotenoids and more minerals though.
Where does one find this?
