      Probably they don’t have any muscle tension in the areas that they thought they needed to stretch. For me, for example, the last exercise was the best, but with the rest of the exercises I didn’t even feel that I was stretching , cause I just don’t have muscles to stretch.😄

    I hurt my shoulders by staying in my bed and playing mobile games for 7 hrs,I hope this exercise is gonna help

      Same i think my blood floww decreased to my joint and my joint are paining cuz i play mobile games while lying down .my shoulder muscle is thightened

    I LOVE THIS WOMAN!! I was thinking about going to a chiropractor because I always felt this pain when lifting in my upper shoulder but man, that rotator cuff stretch is great.

    After having a heavy benchpress session my shoulders were feeling really tight and uncomfortable. I was about to sleep but my shoulders were bothering me like crazy. When I watched this video not only did is relived my shoulder, I feel way better on my upper back and chest. This is the best video I’ve seen so far and I’m happy that you posted this because now I can go to sleep without any pain!

    I'm at work with bad shoulder pain, so I don't have the ability to do anything more than 5 minutes. This helped a lot! Still a bit painful of course, but now I can turn my head without feeling like I'm gonna cry haha

    I am a 72 year old dentist .For last few weeks I was having this problem with my right shoulder. I did these exercises and was surprised to see lot of improvement just after 1st time. Now for last week I am regularly three times a day. Thanks dear 😊

    This saved me!
    After waking up with shoulder pain 2 days ago, trying everything I knew how to do / staying hydrated / light workouts, THIS is what finally worked! I guess it was my rotator cuff because the "pendulum motion" stretch provided me instant relief.

    Subscribed!! On day 4 on extreme shoulder pain! Doctor said “keep moving it” but seems when I workout the next day I’m in pain for days hoping doing this and some other videos I’ve come across will help me get back into my fitness routine! This short video definitely helped, still can’t lift my arm over my head without it hurting 😭 but hopeful now :)

      Keep it up. I have a torn rotator cuff. Did this for over a week. Pain went away. Stopped. It came back. Am now back to stay 😅

    I COULD NOT SLEEP BECAUSE OF PAIN IN MY NECK AND SHOULDERS! I stumbled on the video and now I FEEL SOOOO MUCH BETTER! Especially the last one where u sit on your hands and pull! I think I will do that one everyday! ❤❤❤❤

    I suffer from a shoulder bursitis since 3 years have done a lot of rehab. but didn't get better after following Dr. Jo I wake up every morning so grateful to her, the pain is not away but much better I have also had a knee problem and thanks to her videos that's gone...so thankful getting such a cuality tuition for free...thank you thank t🙏🙏

    Its works for me!.. I take paracetamol or pain killers and some pain relief tubes but they all don't work for me.
    At last i tried your exercise with you....And i feel totally pain free after couple of minutes....
    So I just want to thank you for your kind information about this one.....

    So I recently did all upper body workouts at the gym and when i got done man I had so much pain in both my shoulders I couldn’t even move my arm up as much... then I came across this video. This was SOOOOOO much what I needed I appreciate this so much

    this is really good! i started going to volleyball training and after the 2nd day (we did tougher training) i had pretty sore shoulders and also in the neck area. this basically fixed my shoulders haha 😅

    Thanks! I was working out with the TRX straps and was sore in my shoulder afterwards (I usually dont get any type of shoulder pain). Through your videos I found out that my external rotators are tight/sore and after doing the ext. rotator stretches I feel much better! I was fearing a worse case scenario that I tore or impinged something. All fixed now. thanks!

    I did all of these right along with you. I felt stretch yet not the usual "10-level" discomfort or "7-grade" pain. Thank you. Will incorporate this daily to see if I can sleep well again and put on a jacket/coat without pain and wincing. Thank you Dr. Jo.

    I've been getting random pains on and off in my left arm right on the inside of my bicep. The pain comes and goes and usually only lasts for maybe a minute at most but it happens multiple times a day. I dont have any other symptoms typically when it happens so I'm trying to remain calm about it being a heart issue. Any stretch recommendations?

    I'm typing this on one hand. I can't move my right arm. My arm is tremendously in pain 😭😥

      I feel ur pain man i hope you get the right treatment. It will feel a lot better with time and treatment i promise. I tore my left labrum last winter, just had surgery last month. Now doing therapy and feel better everyday. Plz update me

    I love you, Doctor Jo. I do hundreds of miles per month walking, hiking and jogging, and I've had minor hip pain and discomfort on and off for the past couple of years. Doing these stretches once per day for both hips completely takes away the stress.

      I tried the shoulder stretches as well, and they definitely make me feel good too. It is really convenient to have short real-time routines that we can do when needed.

    Gave me virtually instant relief. Started yesterday and woke up this morning feeling a lot less tight through my shoulders.

    Slept in a weird position last night and woke up with lots of pain on my right shoulder, these exercises helped a lot and i barely feel a thing, thanks a bunch.

    Thank God i found your video. I had shoulder pain for 5 days, couldn't sleep, eat, and felt like I was going to die from it honestly because when I would breathe it would be painful. I took every painkiller, used every ice pack and my GP was useless. Did these stretches yesterday before bed when I was feeling the most excruciating pain- and immediately felt relief. Woke up with a little pain but it no longer required painkillers. After doing the stretches again today I am completely pain-free.
