Probably they don’t have any muscle tension in the areas that they thought they needed to stretch. For me, for example, the last exercise was the best, but with the rest of the exercises I didn’t even feel that I was stretching , cause I just don’t have muscles to stretch.😄

Doctor said “keep moving it” but seems when I workout the next day I’m in pain for days hoping doing this and some other videos I’ve come across will help me get back into my fitness routine! Its works for me!.. I take paracetamol or pain killers and some pain relief tubes but they all don't work for me. So I recently did all upper body workouts at the gym and when i got done man I had so much pain in both my shoulders I couldn’t even move my arm up as much... then I came across this video. This was SOOOOOO much what I needed I appreciate this so much
this is really good! i started going to volleyball training and after the 2nd day (we did tougher training) i had pretty sore shoulders and also in the neck area. this basically fixed my shoulders haha 😅

Thanks! I was working out with the TRX straps and was sore in my shoulder afterwards (I usually dont get any type of shoulder pain). Through your videos I found out that my external rotators are tight/sore and after doing the ext. rotator stretches I feel much better! I was fearing a worse case scenario that I tore or impinged something. All fixed now. thanks!

I've been getting random pains on and off in my left arm right on the inside of my bicep. The pain comes and goes and usually only lasts for maybe a minute at most but it happens multiple times a day. I dont have any other symptoms typically when it happens so I'm trying to remain calm about it being a heart issue. Any stretch recommendations?

I love you, Doctor Jo. I do hundreds of miles per month walking, hiking and jogging, and I've had minor hip pain and discomfort on and off for the past couple of years. Doing these stretches once per day for both hips completely takes away the stress.

Slept in a weird position last night and woke up with lots of pain on my right shoulder, these exercises helped a lot and i barely feel a thing, thanks a bunch.
Thank God i found your video. I had shoulder pain for 5 days, couldn't sleep, eat, and felt like I was going to die from it honestly because when I would breathe it would be painful. I took every painkiller, used every ice pack and my GP was useless. Did these stretches yesterday before bed when I was feeling the most excruciating pain- and immediately felt relief. Woke up with a little pain but it no longer required painkillers. After doing the stretches again today I am completely pain-free.

I feel ur pain man i hope you get the right treatment. It will feel a lot better with time and treatment i promise. I tore my left labrum last winter, just had surgery last month. Now doing therapy and feel better everyday. Plz update me
I love you, Doctor Jo. I do hundreds of miles per month walking, hiking and jogging, and I've had minor hip pain and discomfort on and off for the past couple of years. Doing these stretches once per day for both hips completely takes away the stress.

I tried the shoulder stretches as well, and they definitely make me feel good too. It is really convenient to have short real-time routines that we can do when needed.

Gave me virtually instant relief. Started yesterday and woke up this morning feeling a lot less tight through my shoulders.
Slept in a weird position last night and woke up with lots of pain on my right shoulder, these exercises helped a lot and i barely feel a thing, thanks a bunch.

Thank God i found your video. I had shoulder pain for 5 days, couldn't sleep, eat, and felt like I was going to die from it honestly because when I would breathe it would be painful. I took every painkiller, used every ice pack and my GP was useless. Did these stretches yesterday before bed when I was feeling the most excruciating pain- and immediately felt relief. Woke up with a little pain but it no longer required painkillers. After doing the stretches again today I am completely pain-free.
