Seed and the Twins are trying extremely hard to seem intimidating the entire game and going way way above overboard with their evil to the point they’re comical despite never really going as far as Vaas (he did try to burn you alive). I agree except for Joseph seed. I found him very intimidating, looking at how much control he had over everything, even after the game ended and the world ended. He still had control over the main character.
It's funny how Vaas is often remembered for being the main villain of FC3 while, in reality, he really wasn't (and for good reason, cuz Hoyt was kinda lame in comparison). But with these two... it just feels like *they* would have been better off as some sort of a fun twin-henchman duo, loyal to another bigger threat (kind of like Vaas and Hoyt).

They're so useless, that during one cutscene they are unarmed and yet your character handcuffs themself despite being armed themself. Just take a second to think how stupid that is. Two unarmed skinny girls vs a heavily armed captain. And we surrendered just because the game wanted us to. And yet, armed with just a pistol, the game let's you walk in and drop about 6 ARMED enemy officials in a slow mo shootout. Moral of the story is the twins are so bad they got the worlds strongest plot armor. Far Cry 6 is a worse game but at least the villan is kind of cool. Far Cry 5 is a pure masterpiece and the only reason why I even played New Dawn (I knew it was a bad game going into it, it's like watching a trash movie to make fun of it and I was not disappointed.)
How did the series go from Pagan Min, a complex villain that you could sympathise with, from a game full of amazing quest cutscenes and relatively difficult quests to... this?!
I know these weren’t the best antagonists in the franchise, but at least they did something different with their deaths: they broke down and showed remorse for their actions, instead of cackling like it was all part of their master plan!
3:28 did she seriously just say “hey! No fair”? because what’s unfair is that you have huge health, got reinforcements, have another bullet sponged hug health enemy on your side and when the protagonist is all by himself or with 1 person is unfair!? Ungrateful. Ik its a video game character but still makes me mad
The Twins had potential but it was multiple things that made them flop. - a lack of information of why they were evil - the build up to this boss fight - not enough engagements between us and the Twins. (We met them on the bomb mission, at the prison, the derby, and then the boss fight 😑) If they could have possibly been linked to Pagan Min or The Father maybe they would have been better or if Ubisoft would have given us more of a reason to feel bad for them.
You know how they could have done this: make it to where Joseph is actually their uncle, and that they feel betrayed by the world. On top of that, establish this idea fairly early into the game and then expand on their lore as the game goes on.
This was such a pain. I was so unprepared only with long range weapons that included a bow sniper and rpg all in the purples. It took an hour I had to use Horatio as a bullet sponge in order to beat them and smoke booms in order to beat them.
It's related to the concept of a Superbloom, which is a real world phenomenon. However, if you look at all of the trees throughout the game, they're dying. Give about 6 years and Hope County will become hell thanks to all of the radiation.

I love every villain from Far Cry 3 to Far Cry 5. The twin have to be the most one dimensional villain for me, they became evil because well shit happens? At least Ethan, want to prove himself to Joseph.
I didn’t kill Mickey because I don’t like to execute enemies when they can no longer fight back. I thought about what Pastor Jerome would do and left her. But they really didn’t give me much reason to do so of their own. Disrespectful punks who act mushy in defeat. At least she does something better with her life and looks for her Mom.
I let her live. Upgraded my bow to 6000 damage, played on Hard-ass difficulty, wasnt much of a challenge anyway. Was finished with these two punks in less than 2 mins.
I wish this game let you replay missions because this was seriously the highlight of the entire game. It actually felt like a 2 on 1 fight. The effects were great. Location was great. Fire soundtrack. I absolutely loved this fight.
I got to agree New dawn is amazing game besides twins, i legit liked Ethan more as a villain then the twins, they had potential tho and I feel the game was too short
@@ibleedgiantsblue6752 ah fair enough. The clothing and weaponry matched almost exactly. I thought Ubisoft may have done a mass effect and allowed you to import your character from the previous game. It makes financial sense to put a mask on rook and not record any voicelines though.

This just looks awful, it's pretty impressive how shitty and lame they managed to make the apocalypse. They fucking have blood dragons and zombies, but instead we get the ugly twins version of the apocalypse where everyone is a hippie.
Now I know this is just a video game but I feel once every villan is done killing countless Innocents and it's now in the same position they put people in, it's always different for them, it's always thinks got carried away or they play the bad baggage card. Ngl I would have spared her if all they did was steal and maybe let the people deal with them but in this situation I wished I could have drug her out to the woods and watch a bear tear her limb from limb.
What is this normal difficulty? You can't stand in the open like that for 2 seconds on hard-ass difficulty without two shotted by the dogs or Mickey with her sniper.
Messed up of me, I know, but I'm glad Lou died and we're given the option to kill Mickey, because if sparing her, (I know this is just a game, but the thought of this is more satisfying) she has to live the rest of her days knowing she FAILED at keeping her little sister out of harm's way. If the protagonist has to suffer the thought of countless kills then so does Mickey. Having her keep thinking to herself, "If we didn't follow in dad's footsteps. If I took better care of Lou. If I did what mom told me then Lou would still be alive." I like to think to myself, when a person who has no empathy for harming others, then it's best for them to lose that very special person to finally understand and suffer the feel of loss. Leaving with the continuous thought, "If this didn't happen, this person would still be alive and beside me." Also, I like the thought of her either--1) not finding her mom, 2) she sees her mom was killed so she's the only one alive in her family, or 3) her mom will have no sympathy towards her and not speak to her because she practically killed her little sister.
They take way too less damage, i mean i shot at least 30 Rockets, 40 Dynaites or so, a ton of smg and rifle ammo in them... and you are dead in 3-4 hitsseems real...its like the endboss in far cry primal, that one was unreal strong. How do they explain this extraordinary power of the both, they not even using the bliss.
apparently they did get eden's gift. remember the cutscene when u win the derby and ethan comes and is talking with the twins at dinner? he promises them the fruit if he gets their help to burn down his village. still, pretty unrealistic
didn't even play the game, and even i don't wanna spare them. they give those 2 the personality of a bully, and then expect me to spare them? as if. if i had my way. i would've shot them during the "we are dying" cutscene. just to get it over with.
Hey man if you ever want to beat the twins again I recommend the mg42 because last time a used that weapon to kill the twins, I only killed them for 1 minute, I'm just recomending okay.

Their ending is the worst in existance and I actually laughed because of how poorly written and designed it was. They achieved nothing. They aren't even threatening in any way. I felt 0 intimidation and 0 pity. (Yes I cant believe they tried the poor us boo hoo pity card at the end after intentionally making them annoying. They are just Nerf Rebel angsty teens.
0:46 anyone else see Mickey’s shoulder go around the corner? Great job mickey, great disappearing act with the smoke grenade
One second they're laughing over the horrible things they've done, the next we're supposed to feel bad for them. Poor, poor writing.
How did the series go from Pagan Min, a complex villain that you could sympathise with, from a game full of amazing quest cutscenes and relatively difficult quests to... this?!
While I was deciding whether to let the blue one go or not, Jerome ran up and caved her face in. The choice was *that* obvious.
I heard palpatines voice in myself saying “do it.”
Palp: "kill her.. kill her now..."
Me: aiming shovel and thinking*
"i... shouldn't.."
Palp: "Do it!"
Me: 8:35
I know these weren’t the best antagonists in the franchise, but at least they did something different with their deaths: they broke down and showed remorse for their actions, instead of cackling like it was all part of their master plan!
I like how everyone largely agrees that the twins are the worst villains in the far cry franchise.
I cried ngl the younger one dying is sad the older slibing supposed to die first if your younger slibing dies first then you failed them
The Twins had potential but it was multiple things that made them flop.
- a lack of information of why they were evil
- the build up to this boss fight
- not enough engagements between us and the Twins. (We met them on the bomb mission, at the prison, the derby, and then the boss fight 😑)
If they could have possibly been linked to Pagan Min or The Father maybe they would have been better or if Ubisoft would have given us more of a reason to feel bad for them.
You know how they could have done this: make it to where Joseph is actually their uncle, and that they feel betrayed by the world. On top of that, establish this idea fairly early into the game and then expand on their lore as the game goes on.
Joseph seed: *am I a joke to you*
Fuck this shit.
Me: You will be by the end of the game!
This was such a pain. I was so unprepared only with long range weapons that included a bow sniper and rpg all in the purples. It took an hour I had to use Horatio as a bullet sponge in order to beat them and smoke booms in order to beat them.
What's with the bright neon pink crap? Doesn't give a feeling of a post apocalypse at all
BLABLABLA
It's related to the concept of a Superbloom, which is a real world phenomenon. However, if you look at all of the trees throughout the game, they're dying. Give about 6 years and Hope County will become hell thanks to all of the radiation.
How does a grenade launcher cause only that much damage?
because Ubisoft likes RPG damage numbers and not realism now.
Forgive Joseph, put a full clip into each Twins face.
*Mickey: “FUCK! (pain sounds)”*
what if you left the older sister alive?
Albzz Mazzken fr I’m curious ~
she would die anyway,
lethally wounded i guess
@@hieunguyenrileygekko yea wiki said she will die from her wounds if the captain doesnt shoot her (edit) change that wiki now says she leaves a note for the player saying she.s going to look for her mother
Albzz Mazzken if u go back to where they were dying she leaves a letter saying shes going to go and try to find her mom
She just keeps talking
Even tho i hate the twins, hearing mickey cry about her sis death and saying "i was supposed to take care of you" really hit me as the older brother that lost his baby bro
5:45 Dont be sad Mickey, you'll soon join her 😂 (Guess the reference)
I don't understand why this wasn't a DLC to Farcry 5. It's basically what it is.
Paul Trigger it’s a little bit better than dlc. Not a full game whatsoever tho.
Because that would never make enough money to break even
Yea I thought it would be a dlc but they made it a whole game wtf?
begon *THAWT!*
I like how he doesn’t use edens power
Honestly my battle didn’t even last 2 mins. Not the most impressive of endgame bosses.
8:23
Michle: i cant belive im still alive can you do something about that or you just leave?
Player:Hmm....(Aim Shovel at Michle)...(lower)
Player: should i tho....(look at Camirel)...Yea (Just Got dam break her neck or head with shovel
Best Fucking part
I love every villain from Far Cry 3 to Far Cry 5. The twin have to be the most one dimensional villain for me, they became evil because well shit happens? At least Ethan, want to prove himself to Joseph.
I didn’t kill Mickey because I don’t like to execute enemies when they can no longer fight back. I thought about what Pastor Jerome would do and left her. But they really didn’t give me much reason to do so of their own. Disrespectful punks who act mushy in defeat.
At least she does something better with her life and looks for her Mom.
“Bear with me” saw launcher is op in this vid, I need to have it
Really, if you think about it The Twins we're just side Villains, with Ethan basically being the secret big bad
oh thank God, I thought you were going to leave her alive!
I actually let heater go and she was kind enough to write me a note. It said that she is going East to see if her mother is still alive.
...the fact that the saw launcher is the first real gun in the game...and subsequently the best, is broken as hell
Вот совсем не жалко этих злодеев. Даже отбитого и поехавшего Фрэнка Хорригана из игры 1998 года было более жалко.
I let her live. Upgraded my bow to 6000 damage, played on Hard-ass difficulty, wasnt much of a challenge anyway. Was finished with these two punks in less than 2 mins.
Fuck this this stupid ass game
I wish this game let you replay missions because this was seriously the highlight of the entire game. It actually felt like a 2 on 1 fight. The effects were great. Location was great. Fire soundtrack. I absolutely loved this fight.
Was it tedious?
I didn't think you could have a gun for hire in this bit. Mine was nowhere to be seen.
thank you so much man or girl you gave me the opportunity to pass this mission that i couldn't pass
I killed them by using Eden's rage and punching them in the face...then used a rocket launcher after the cutscene
I feel like this game would work better if it wasn't Far Cry.
Agreed
I feel this was a wasted occasion to beat Lou to death with her helmet in front of her sister but ok.
Dang you have Mickey a brutal death...
Haha mg42 with piercing bullets go brrrrrrrrrt
Right? The end cut scene took longer than me gunning them down with the MG. (Upgraded 42 times)
First villain in Far Cry that I actually wanted to be dead, killing Lou after the fight was just satisfying, even if she was the moderate one.
Played Far cry 2, 3, 4 for some reason I like the antagonist in New Dawn. Vaas is still better though.
Yeah I still killed her.
No pity party here.
(I love how gina says she wishes she could of killed the twins when in my game she finished of lou
It was pretty badass when they did the smoke grenade thing.
Didn't really like these villains, but damn is new dawn so great. Best far cry I've played since 4 I think
I got to agree New dawn is amazing game besides twins, i legit liked Ethan more as a villain then the twins, they had potential tho and I feel the game was too short
I haven't played the game, but is that an unmasked Judge we see at 0:11?
Jonathan Collinson no that’s just a random woman
@@ibleedgiantsblue6752 ah fair enough. The clothing and weaponry matched almost exactly. I thought Ubisoft may have done a mass effect and allowed you to import your character from the previous game. It makes financial sense to put a mask on rook and not record any voicelines though.
Jonathan Collinson if you go to the bunker there’s a bunch of notes saying how rook feels guilty and he needs to put a mask on to hide his face
Jonathan Collinson rook is the judge tho
Who is the twins dad they be talking about all the time ?
Gucci B.O.S.S maybe the brother of vaas
Maybe the sheriff from farcry 5
I'm not sure. Maybe there's some notes about him in the game.
Gucci B.O.S.S the OG leader of their gang before them
I don’t believe he’s a proper character (or at least not yet) but their father was a murderer that took them away from their mother and forced them to be like him
AAA writing here folks. What a joke Ubisoft have become.
Seriously shit.
Still better than EA
Yep, all Ubisoft games in the past few years all had dog shit writing
Ubisoft bad. EA bad. CD Projekt Red good
Right there subtitles were late on this one
This just looks awful, it's pretty impressive how shitty and lame they managed to make the apocalypse.
They fucking have blood dragons and zombies, but instead we get the ugly twins version of the apocalypse where everyone is a hippie.
has anyone only uses the shovel and the miracle power only on this boss fight?
nope just me ok.
4:58 "fuck... (pain sounds)"
I bet Horatio the boar would have a lot of fun with their corpses.
Dude you died at 1:59 tho, curious if you have some cheat code to stay alive.
The Vrigin Feminist Twins vs The Chad Holy Joseph Seed "The Father" Thad Fancy Pagan Min and Lad Pirate Vaas
i wished we could’ve shot one and saw the others reaction
They take way too less damage, i mean i shot at least 30 Rockets, 40 Dynaites or so, a ton of smg and rifle ammo in them... and you are dead in 3-4 hitsseems real...its like the endboss in far cry primal, that one was unreal strong. How do they explain this extraordinary power of the both, they not even using the bliss.
apparently they did get eden's gift. remember the cutscene when u win the derby and ethan comes and is talking with the twins at dinner? he promises them the fruit if he gets their help to burn down his village. still, pretty unrealistic
You could they really cared for each other is sad
didn't even play the game, and even i don't wanna spare them. they give those 2 the personality of a bully, and then expect me to spare them? as if. if i had my way. i would've shot them during the "we are dying" cutscene. just to get it over with.
The thing that really pisses me off about this boss fight, is those dogs that kept trying to attack you, goddamn.
Btw if you spare her she leaves you a note and lous helmet
Hey man if you ever want to beat the twins again I recommend the mg42 because last time a used that weapon to kill the twins, I only killed them for 1 minute, I'm just recomending okay.
