I really wish I had it recorded, but I got a kill in Far Cry 5 that I still remember today. Had one of those planes that randomly patrols around spot me and start a diving run on me, machine guns blazing. I had a sniper with armour piercing rounds equipped. Took aim, fired one shot into the cockpit, nailed the pilot with a headshot, the plane whizzed over my head and crashed into the trees behind me. Didn’t even see it happen, just stood completely still after the shot. Never felt more badass in any video game before or since.
Road checkpoints and AAs are the bane of my existence, checkpoints are just annoying, they aren't hard but there's so many of them. Meanwhile AA guns, if you are at any good altitude and fly into that one AA you forgot to take out, it's over

Me when I stealth: Has to move slow, still manages to get caught despite the caution. These Guys: Solid Snake level operators who move at top speed and either stealth it perfectly or make your gameplay look weak in comparison.
I am from Germany and so I never played the english version of Far Cry 5 but now I recognized the character you play has the same voice actor who spoke Niko Belic of GTA 4. NICE !!!

far cry 5 is my personal favorite, it was the first far cry i've ever played and i got so many good memories, i just love it, i love fishing on jonh's zone, doing random stuff in faith's zone, and jacob zone... is a chefs kiss, its beaultiful in every aspect, the sound, the ambience, the everything, i love far cry 5, far cry 6 is good too tho
This was such a fun watch. It's wild how creative people can get with their kills in Far Cry. Makes me want to jump back into the game and try some of these crazy stunts myself. Great compilation!
I still think FC4 had some of the best outposts, just so random, especially the fortresses. That being said, they're all really good. Resetting the Outposts on FC5 and rolling though them in a night or 2 is just therapeutic, haha. Just give myself random rules to follow to make it harder. I've turned off tagging all together and I'll limit myself to a specific weapon or 2. Helps keep it interesting 🙃
Not only that, but the enemy would frequently attempt to recapture outposts you liberated, & if you didn't respond to the defend the outpost call... they would sometimes get recaptured, & you had to liberate them again. I wish they kept that in the other FCs
@OOTurok yeah.. it was a mechanic that actually made sense and could build some tension. Those Shangri-la missions were something special, too, and not easy.
My only real big complaint about the gameplay of FC4 is the frequency of animal attacks and their aggression. It doesn't matter who takes over Kyrat, because as soon as the protagonist decides to take a break, the whole region will be taken over by cocaine bears

Its not a stealth kill compilation without StealthGamerBR clips though! I joke, but these are very much in that flavor, good job to the contributors. I think its funny, that you can tell which Far Cry without saying it is, by the enemy looks and type, the environment and what the player can do or has.
I always wondered if the npcs are walking the specific path or they go or rather spawn randomly. I used to do those stealth outposts in Far Cry 4 and Far Cry 5. It's so damn hard if you want to make it look cool and almost like a game trailer. Some of the ncps were in the right place but it only took one npc that was in a different position to ruin the whole clip. I could get the perfect path probably 1 out of 10 tries. Also I got inspired by Clockner or StealthGamer, I was in the exact same spawn yet it didn't work. If any of you outpost pros have any advice I'd highly appreciate it. It's such a fun. Aspecially in Far Cry 5. Btw I loved the vid. All these guys were amazing to watch.
Bro it aint hard, far cry 5 is one of the easiest stealth games i've ever played, to iterate, enemy have really bad sight and ears, just gi around the outpost and take targets that are isolated (there are always a number) and that creates a path, is like sudoku, if you want to do what they are doing in the videos you have to practice one camp and just remember enemy positions, other than that try to be creative, the best thing i saw was the far cry 4 c4 car launch, that was really fucking creative Also orher games that offer more variety have even more to show off (cyberpunk or dishonored for example)
Last night in Far Cry 6 I sniped 7 guys in a row, one headshot each, no wasted shots - the last five while they were coming in my direction after they noticed me killing the second one. When it was over, my first reaction was "man, I should have been recording this!" Oh well... I'll always have the memory, I guess. Because there's no way I'll ever be able to do it again.
I was taking out a base in farcry 3 and just kindof rushed through meeleeing people, no one saw me. The last guy was walking and i decided i would reveal myself just for them so i jumped off the building i was on and rushed them from the opposite side of the yard they were in, dodged all their bullets, and knifed them. Another favorite kill of mine was when a base attack went sideways and reinforcements came with 3 helicopters and a ton of heavies and guys along with a couple machine gun trucks, i took shelter under a bridge and just started mowing them, helicopters were falling from the sky, people were yelling, machinegun fire, it was crazy
I loved 6 but I had to stop playing shortly after release as there was a game breaking bug where enemies at outposts respawned almost immediately if you just looked away / moved slightly. Is this still the case ? Or was it fixed

Hi. I have a laptop, and i dont know which far cry game jt can run. It's a Lenovo, i got it last year in 2024. I would really like to olay far cry 6 or 5, but i dont know if it will run.
And here i am, getting the occasional 2 for 1, and getting some decent sniper shots on super rare occasions (i got 3 in far cry 5) shooting Jacob from 200m away, no scoping a loot truck driver as soon as he detected me on a slightly odd angle and shooting a guy in a helicopter during a side mission which ended up killing 2 other npc's down below.
Far Cry 5 gave me the immersion even though I didn’t explore a lot and 6 I didn’t like its cutscenes or the way it would go into 3rd person I guess it just felt like you were actually seeing the character move around and talk at you and you got to experience what the character does in 1st person that’s what I like
Imagine having a hidden blade and not being able to use it, in Ghost Recon Wildlands, you could get the Predator’s gauntlet and it had an entire kill animation for melee, wtf Ubisoft? 😭

The glowing outline on enemies in far cry 6 is completely intolerable. looks like one of those chalk body-outlines in a 1930's crime scene.
