Nah, the character only use when u still have syringes also when he has more than 2 block health. If u have less than 2 block health and not having any syringes left than he will do other health animation.
In our area, many residents have to heal wounds, inflammations, infections themselves, because there is only one hospital in our area and some are 80 km away from the hospital. But at least we have free medicine.

They really watered it down in terms of healing animations which sucked Great open world, great villain, great side characters….yet messed up at the final hurdle….the Player
I do like how the healing animations aren't just random. They work affording to how you get injured. Fall damage? Fix a broken leg. Shrapnel? Remove the metal from your arm. Fire? Put it out. Shot? Get the bullet out.

On farcry primal at 6:32, the arrow removed gets added to your reserve, it’s neat details like that, that make me love games
