Dude I OWN a 1953 CZ-52, eastern bloc czech handgun, its been through some shit, still shoots completely straight, especially at that distance. ANY sort of rifle they’re using would hit its intended target at that range, even with basic training. I just always assumed there is a lot more going on that the game doesn’t show, terrorists taking cover behind cars, people being shot but not stopping, esc.
He is a war veteran, besides the weapon he is given is a hunting rifle, (due to the little ammunition he has, it is my best guess) so it is more reliable than the rifles of the guards, who owe remittances or reserves for civil defense. Many of the weapons delivered to civilians were not very reliable, so they expected them to shoot, as muchas they could that would eventually give someone or keep them at bay.

You're pretty much living in a life of monotonous routine, a family to feed, living on a shit salary, and working at the edge of your seat, since you're a border guard between two nations ready to claw at each other's throat, you're basically in the middle of them both, stamping passports quietly. The routine suddenly shatters as you hear the buzzing alarm, and see intruders shooting down the guards, and is walking up to your booth next. This game, though not up there with the greats, definitely knows how to immerse you and have you play your role as a simple border guard who stamps passports. Glory to Arstotzka.

It will get you an "ending" (which is more like a gameover) where you get detained for harming an innocent, and the sentence depends on what weapon you've used (forced labor for tranquilizer rounds and death sentence for live rounds).

What's funny is that on day 21, there is a chance that sergiu will hit the motorcycle before you can react, which is just absolutely amazing. Happened to me once, so don't bother saying it doesn't happen. It can happen, but it most likely won't.

It will get you an "ending" (which is more like a gameover) where you get detained for harming an innocent, and the sentence depends on what weapon you've used (forced labor for tranquilizer rounds and death sentence for live rounds).

@@robertromanul2212 Any time there's a terrorist attack, if you shoot anyone else other than the criminal, it will get you a game over where you're being arrested. It happens immediately after the day is over, so you'll have to replay it. Doing this here will lead to the same results.

What's funny is that on day 21, there is a chance that sergiu will hit the motorcycle before you can react, which is just absolutely amazing. Happened to me once, so don't bother saying it doesn't happen. It can happen, but it most likely won't.
