Stop using Social Media so much, you’re addicted (read desc)

Stop caring so much about other people’s opinions on practices and decisions you wish to make, they’re not you. Another thing i forgot to add was the mental health aspect of excessive social media usage which has been researched hundreds of times revealing negative mental health and mental illnesses being linked to social media.
