My boyfriend started the gym not too long ago and he says its a lot harder than he thought, but i dont know what advice to give him.
Just tell him to be consistent, that’s really all it is. Start getting into the habit of continuously just showing up to the gym, and eventually he’ll find interest or motivation, especially after seeing results 👍👍

i mean this in the most respectful way possible bc i struggle with an eating disorder and i hate to see these patterns in others - this kind of "cheat day" where you binge like you did in the video is very unhealthy and if you do it regularly it will create a pattern of bulimia. bulimia isn't just purging through vomit, it can be purging through exercise too. again this is out of genuine concern and im not trying to be condescending or make you feel bad, im trying to alert you on how patterns can form so you don't go down that road bc it's awful and will destroy your body
