Alzabo he changed his tags om videos to eu4 thieft, theft etc. He startee using it for views from your video and when called out, removed my comment when replying to him making the claim tags are a shoutout and don't aid him at all. Which to me is a blatant lie.

I didnt know about ludi. I just recently started playing eu4 as well. Most of the guides i see are outdated and ludi's are latest and a little more consolidated so I quickly jumped to his content. Hopefully this is a wake up call for him and everyone gets along fine at the end.
Ps: I did stumbled upon your channel on your count on us video and CK3 was my first paradox game before jumping into EU4.
Hi guides are to be honest completly trash. He is telling about obvious things as a tips and recommend completly weird things like priviliges settings.
usually the strategies don't change too much from version to version. Sure, using footage and using language that reflects the more modern form of the game is nice but ultimately doesn't make older guides unusable.

Keep getting his guides recommended, but as someone with 2.7k hours in the game his guides just seem to be wrong, and he is missing a lot of important points (unlike Alzabo and Remans, to name some examples).

Top 10 videos are kinda general, i personally don't consider it stealing because there is not much ideas behind the video, but putting names of other youtubers in the tags is something different and i agree he shouldn't have done that.

Pretty much this. I'd call it plagiarism if it was like him uploading a video titled... "We're going to colonize Australia as Nepal" and then he uploaded a video about colonizing Australia with some other country after. Like top 10 videos are pretty generic titles. That said, AlzaboHD's videos are so much better and written so much nicer.

Just finished a midterm to find a new alzabo video. This does put a smile on my face
I subscribe to both channels as all I care about is EU content, tips and guides. You say creator tags are being used, the other channel says that isn't the case.
What I have seen is a lack of evidence from either channel and I think you deleting your video for "brigading" purposes is untrue or a poor decision. If you have enough evidence of your claims, you would post that video otherwise all it did was spread misinformation and has caused the brigading you say you want to avoid. The same goes for Ludi and I have told him my thoughts also, he has posted a lot of content over a short period. If his content is genuinely his own works and thoughts then in that case there is no problem.
What I'm saying, the people should be given evidence and there is none of that from either channel. You are the one making the claims so it's up to you to provide that evidence to be refuted. You may have your reasons and posted in haste without enough evidence and have redacted your comments. I think for the storm that has been created and this "fan war" going on, you have the duty to post either clarifying your original post and give reasons. or you settle the storm by admitting you have a lack of evidence. We the viewers deserve this and would appreciate it massively.
He edited like 12 hours ago I think, and before the editing he got screenshots etc..... But a community post or something would be good to clear things up...... Also there is a comment by UncomfortablyClose (was posted 9 hours ago) which brings a (in my opinion) good explanation as to how and why this could have happened:

What this means is either A. He immediately saw this video and removed all the problematic tags from his plethora of videos within like 5 hours which seems kind of unlikely but I have no idea how removing tags works so it is a possibility.
B. The software used in this video to find tags is flawed or isn't displaying the correct tags
C. The way I went about checking tags was flawed and I should use a specific finder
D. AlzaboHD is lying for some reason
For me the most likely as of now is B so that's what I'll be assuming unless proven otherwise, I'm definitely curious about what software was actually used in the video though. Regardless, the title stealing is still pretty shitty, I just don't think he's quite as much of an asshole as this video makes it look like he is.

Despite having my content, titles and tags ripped from my channel and despite said channel shamelessly placing "alzabohd" in their tags, I do not want online abuse or harassment to occur to them as a result of community brigading. I stand by what I said in my video. The only reason it was edited out was because it resulted in harassment which was against my wishes. If the other "creator" wants to flame the flames for clout and send his army to my channel, that's his choice. You should think critically, especially if you are getting information from an individual known for spreading misinformation.

I feel like you should've weighted their starting ages a lot more heavily, like yeah Florence's ruler is great, but they start so old that you're not likely to have them for any meaningful amount of gameplay. Mehmed II being 12 with no regency is really, really good, and he'll likely last for decades, if not half a century or more of large mana generation and reduced separatism in conquered lands. Skanderbeg is younger than I recall, so first place is still reasonable, but I feel that Mehmed should be 2nd or 3rd really, as the only thing that hurts him is not being a guaranteed god-tier general, though that means he doesn't start guaranteed to have the general death-pulse chances, I'd argue that in the long run that helps him far more than it hurts him, as comparatively, Skanderbeg (and other starting generals) might get the death pulse for "leading troops in an exercise" 2 days into the game just because they were a general.
Also the Florentine ruler has the same overall mana generation as the ottoman one but one has 6-5-5 the other is 6-4-6 and I would seriously rather the extra military mana especially in the early game... first to mil tech 4 is huge

Other than having same title and your name in the tags what wrong is he doing actually? Because the list's positions seem to be different as far as I checked. Look's to me like another case of "React bros" drama where you think you own the idea of top 10 list for eu4. Wow, I didn't realize that Ludi was straight up copying entire videos. Honestly his videos are absolute trash, at first it seemed cool that he had a "nation guide" for so many countries but the price for that is that they're completely useless. Half of them discuss the exact same thing every time, and he just reads the mission tree out loud, throwing in some questionable or incomplete starting advice as well.
Edit: Worth noting that it's not like every entry in each top 10 is identical, but a lot of them are and they're often even in the exact same spot. That happening some of the time would be reasonable, but it's very frequent. Combine that with copying tags and titles and I'm pretty down to write off Ludi entirely at this point. RIP that ironside sponsorship he was hoping for

I came accros such a list-video and thought it would be fun to compare it to Alzabos list and was quite confused, when the exact same list was presented. Thanks for clearing that up and - especcaly in the face of this audacity - calm and reasonable explanation and guidance. I now clicked the three points to not get video suggestions from that channel.
I'd forgive retreading the same topic if it was just in the context of the old video being outdated. That's actually what led me to watch him in the first place: the topic I was looking for had an existing video for an obsolete patch while his was for 1.30.
I can agree with this to a degree, but he has gotten very lazy with the guides lately, and literally you can skip estates because he does them exactly the same every time...

Yeah this past week it seems hes uploaded a video every single day. Not to say that's impossible by any means, but it's a huge jump compared to his past upload frequency. One can only assume copying others ideas saved him enough time to upload so often.
The guy just genuinely sucks at the game and has no clue what he was talking about in his videos. I got recommended one of his starting moves videos and couldn't even watch through it to the end. Doesn't surprise me that he couldn't think of any informative content for himself when he is that bad at the game.
@@kaznika6584 I had the same issue. He would do a poll about what video we'd like to see and the next day the winner would already be up. The upload frequency also concerned me a bit, since he isn't a huge channel. I thought, "well he needs to have job right? How would he otherwise pay for everything." Now that Alzabo has pointed this out I've immediately unsubscribed. It just sad that someone steals someone else ideas so blatantly.

Was scrolling on my phone in Facebook while waiting for a siege to end in EU4, then i saw a post about this video that you posted and the unnamed channel, aka Ludi. Legit instantly closed EU4, just to come see this. It is very sad to hear that such things happen. I am returning player to EU4 and i did watch some of Ludi's national guides. I see a lot of other content creators agreeing with you so I fully support your cause in not wanting others to recycle your content, but I feel like a lot of top 10 videos and guides might be outdated for the current patch. When I search guides "Theft et Plagiarism's" Channel comes up because there are no other nation guides for the 1.3x patch.

I find even the national guides are underwhelming. 80% of each one is reading the whole mission tree out loud and repeating the same things about estate privileges, diet, and free company. Hence why he's able to crank them out so fast compared to the artisanal output like RR or some of Alzabos nation guides.

I agree that Ludi is just shitting out tons of low-tier content with very little thought and effort, but that is hardly a valid reason to say he is plagiarizing. Making top 10 videos isn't exactly original or impressive to begin with, just because this channel has higher quality videos doesn't make what Ludi is doing wrong.
I wasn't much of a fan of Ludi since his content is so mediocre, but I'm now even less a fan of you for shitting on others for making top 10 videos, just because you did them first and do them better.
Didn't see the unedited video. Calling someone out based on youtube tags is bit silly considering the common practice on youtube is to include 10-page essays as tags.
This reminds me of the youtube drama about the channel that tried to copyright "React" more than anything.

To clear up some confusion, I'm not claiming to "patent" the format, many people have made original top 10s that don't use the "AlzaboHD" tag to promote their work. It would be absurd to claim the format for ones own and that never happened - if someone is claiming this, they are merely trying to milk this situation for their own clout. I'm not deleting comments and I welcome criticism, including your own, but really you should have seen the unedited video if you'd like to cast your stake into what was really a scummy practice that I brought to light, albeit perhaps harshly as I was deeply upset about the scope and scale of the theft, not just to me, but several other creators.

It should be mentioned that not only is the Incan Ruler great but their 0 year old heir is also god tier. It's the only nation in all of EU4 to have such an amazing starting ruler/heir combo, meaning the higher tech costs everyone else in the Americas has to pay is basically negated for them for the first 50 years, which gets them almost all the way until European arrival.
Yet somehow, despite this start being literally idiot proof, I have seen the AI form Inca once in 700hrs of playing and it wasnt even formed by cusco lmfao

Thanks for the shout-out about et plagiarism. I've been watching his stuff, I'd been recommended his vids based on having watched yours. As there's so many I didn't really notice the overlap in the top 10 style vids. I watched one or two of his starting guide vids but they're very basic and even give questionable advice so avoided on that basis. He also peppers the vids with obnoxious SUBSCRIBE banners and "if this gets x likes I'll make y video" (as if he would not make his next vid if it didn't reach the goal?) But thanks for letting us know to avoid.

This looks like a bigger Eu4 content creator stepping on the progress of a smaller one... the substance of ludi's videos is different enough from alzabo's guides that it can hardly be considered plagiarism. Copying tags and video titles is questionable practice but its something many channels do when trying to grow.
Alzabo's content is cool to watch for the funny jokes and relaxing voice... Ludi's videos are interesting to watch because he has really good knowledge of the EU4 meta and often expresses it in his content..

I watched this video, even though I knew all of the rulers here, however, you seem to have missed 1, who would have ended at around 8th. Yermolay I Velikopermsky, the 19 year old of Perm, who is a 6/4/5, and his heir, Mikhail, who is a 6/5/5 at 24 years old. The reason they have this statline is actually the conversion from EU3 to EU4. In EU3, the 3 free power that every country gets, was added to the statline of the rulers, making them between a 3/3/3 and a 9/9/9, so all rulers lost 3/3/3 in stats. All except for Perm, because they just forgot about them. So now instead of being kinda mediocre, they are some of the best rulers in the start of the game. The monarch power is nice, but other than that, the start is awful. Their ideas are mediocre at best, they're a vassal of Muscovy, who they also kinda need to expand, because they've got no real way to expand otherwise, 3 of their 5 provinces are the wrong religion, and their main trade center is the worst one in the game, namely the white sea. All of their acceptable provinces are arctic too, so development isn't great either.

Honestly don't know who to believe right now (especially because I didn't watch the video early enough to see the now deleted part.). I definitely get the point that you can't really claim such a list as yours, since there just isn't an infinite amount of best nations in EU4 etc. But on the other hand I noticed the quality of his videos suffering under the frequent uploads. I'm a relatively new EU4 player and I first started watching him because of his starting move guides. But lately his videos seemed to be a bit flavourless and to be honest, I wouldn't be all that surprised if your accusations turned out to be true. But I didn't unsubscribe from him yet, I just want this whole situation to clear up a bit. For now, the only thing I did was subscribing to you, since it seems that I forgot to do this until now.
most people say that Ludi is not stealing, just using an already used idea and that Alzabo doesnt want competition but that simply Is not true. lots of Alzabo's videos are copied by Ludi, and all Ludi really does Is change the thumbnail, and add his voice over it. he has taken already made videos but has edited some pieces here and there to make it seem like his own.
Some of the newest videos of Ludi are just loudely reading national ideas, which, in my opinion, is quiet boring.

It's undeniable that the quality and the time spent here largely excedes what can be found elsewhere, but I honestly don't see it. Regardless of his actual skill at the game, the guy spends his days playing and streaming and seems to be driven by passion. The fact that you're EU4's Lionel Messi does not entitle you to shit on a low tier player when he (somehow) manages to create enthusiasm around what he manages to produce.

You know this is a really good observation! I was reading the EU4 wiki when writing my scripts, but it turns out that the article is a tad outdated. It looks like Emperor 1.30 might have changed the mechanic entirely. I tried disabling all DLC (including Dharma) and you are absolutely right, it would appear that the reform mechanic now replaces the previous Oligarchic government form. If you downgrade to 1.29 you will definitely be able to change forms this way, though. Thank you for your comment!

Honestly I mainly started watching the creator-who-shall-remain-unmentioned because 1.30 changed so much of how the game even functioned that I now really feel like several of RadioRes’s guides are now outdated. That’s not a bad thing, the game changed and that’s good, we need changes like that to keep us interested, and once a video guide is out you can’t tweak it once new updates drop without making a whole new video. It felt refreshing since what he was saying was making sense and the amount of up to date country guides he was churning out was really insane. I let it slide because he was providing strategies that better followed to new systems(especially the estates). Then the lists came in and I was wondering. 1.30 changed a ton of stuff sure, but not so much that any lists you made before it are now also outdated. I had no idea about the tag thing, and now that I do, I can really feel a storm brewing. Most of his videos I was alerted to were not because I subscribed, but because he announces new videos in EU4’s fan page on Facebook, where he operates with the same profile name as his channel

Lists are different, yet still fills the same, but it's just cuz we all know that the ottomans, france, castile ect gonna be there. And "top 10" is very popular format in all of youtube so cant blame him for that.

You eventually get a 4/5/5 ruler (who also starts off as a general with 4 pips in everything) who's scripted to die by 1455, leaving you plenty of time to play his 4/5/6 heir after a 3 year regency. You're also in a prime position to eat up the Ottos and PLC before they get too big, which is easy considering you start off as historical friends with Austria
