@@AlzaboHD yeah, I colonised my way to the province before realising Bremen didn't have range, so I had to do 2 or 3 wars against random African nations which wasn't too difficult
Same here. Much easier to go all around Africa and feed Bremen provinces after wars. And probably best to make them a March. Maybe start with noCB on Bretagne or Irish minor to feed a foothold to Bremen. Then Marokko should be fine next.
As someone with Stern des Sudens and Stiff Upper Lippe, some advice for both: Stern des Sudens - One of the Bavarian missions gives you a center of trade in your capital. I conquered Amsterdam and made that my capital to gain an extra center of trade in English Channel Node. From that point on I just printed money. - You don't need to snake feed Bremen. What I did was after consolidating English Channel, I charted trade companies around Africa, then DoW'd Morocco, Benin, Kongo, Kilwa and Marehan (in that order) and gave Bremen one province from them each. That was enough to get to Somalia to get the province. Stiff Upper Lippe - As Berg I conquered Friesland, Utrecht and Ostfriesland, released Lippe, and fed them the Dutch provinces before re-integrating them. After releasing and playing as Lippe it becomes a very simple Dutch game of trade and colonialism as you slowly conquer UK. EDIT: just wanted to mention you can theoretically get identity crisis by colonizing NA. It requires very precise diplo usage and some luck. I was 3 years off from completing it because of a regency and haven't tried again yet
That's a good idea! To be fair though the Mysore, Sindh and Bologna / Texas one are not too challenging in this video. The rest are insane, I definitely agree lol
To be honest I have done the one with lippe, really easy one just eat your HRE neighbours, secure the lowlands and try to snipe one province in scotland then just exterminate england, otherwise if you cant get land acces just focus on maritime warfare ideas and building a strong fleet.

Hey Alzabo! I have a few hundred hours in EU4 and was wondering if you could recommend a nation I should play for the achievement to play the whole game. I was thinkng if England or Spain because I’m a fan of colonizing but maybe even a Denmark game? Could you give a suggestion?
Hey Harley! For fun campaigns I personally enjoy playing outside of Europe. The most fun campaigns (ive finished) so far are Majapahit > Malaya, Mysore > India and the Incas. If you like Europe I also recommend the Netherlands! Fun is subjective so if you prefer big nations like Spain or England id also recommend Prussia, Poland and Novgorod. Goodluck in your next campaign!
AlzaboHD oh wow. I didn’t really expect you to reply. Alright, I think I’ll have to take your advice. I might play an Indian nation like you mentioned because I enjoyed my Vijaynagar game. Thanks for the great advice. And great video as always!
If you are a Soldier/Marine/Airman/Sailor. I suggest getting PIA VPN because you can use it to bypass Gophernet and every other type of barracks wifi security and get practically free internet.
For my 'stiff upper lippe' achievement I managed to get a PU over an irish minor which GB had not conquered yet (for some reason). From there it was quite easy to get the rest of the british isles.
Stiff Upper Lippe is far easier than it seems tbh. You start as England, vassalise Eastern Frisia (Easy to do at the start of the game) to have easier access to the Lippe province, play normally by conquering the Isles and getting France in a PU. Then you conquer the province that has the Lippian core (It vanishes in 1594 so make sure you get it before then), release them, feed them all of the British islands, annex them and then release them again and choose play as. Influence and Admin ideas help. Was surprised at how easy it really was in the end.
Maybes it’s just my horrible sleep schedule but looking at that “Scandinavian Isles” map made and hearing about all the no CB wars it would take made me physically ill.
To give context to the "Stern des Südens" Achievment Bavaria has the most point all time in the bundesliga followed by the club "Werder Bremen" who has the second most all time
For those who don't know: "Stern des Südens" is the anthem of the German football club FC Bayern München. And about 15 years ago, (Werder) Bremen was FC Bayern's biggest rival in the german league.
Tiger of mysore is one I got without even realizing tiger of mysore was an achievement, I just picked mysore for a campaign it and later on realized that achievement existed, which I ended up getting. It was a pretty fun run. Also, I wasn't cilli.
Thanks for the interesting analysisLooking forward to the next big patch and my next run at world conquest as Ryukyu. Question......off hand - Does anyone know, if I form Japan and conquer the world but start as Ryukyu...would I still get the Ryukyu conquest achievment?
Except for number 4, 3, 2 i have them all. Here is how i did Stiff upper Lippe : Start as France, (ally spain, and wait for England to declare war by event) conquer England , slowly conquer into the HRE for the relevant german province of Ravensburg. Now release lippe as a Vassal. Feed Lippe your own cores until u can feed it all your lands in britain. Now reintegrate your Lippe vassal. This will take alot time and and diplo. French britain is now populated with Lippe cores. Now release Lippe and select play as. Congratz on having youre very own Stiff upper Lippe. This can be used for any achievement not having the "start as" requirement.
Well, 9:50 I just did that achievement yesterday by doing all the HRE reforms as Bavaria. Breman don't have colonial range, so I can't transfer occupation or grant them. So, I just simply kill Naples, Ottomans and Mamluks by HRE vassal swarms and then annex a feel HRE vassals for making a Breman snake. The snakes cut Germany to Venice then to Naples, Greece, Crete, Egypt, Ethopia and finally Werder. Here it go Werder Breman, the most obscure border in History that should be remembered :D.
"Stiff Upper Lippe" ... As a German this is hilarious. Lippe ist actually the German word for lip. But we pronounce it Lip-peh (two syllables). Stern des Süden is hilarous as well ... given that the Bundesliga club of Bremen is called "Werder Bremen" ... some guys at Paradox really have a lot of wit.
Isnt it possible for bavarian one to buy that province in africa as a trading port and go from there? I saw a guy on yt do it, he had some only pu challange
Could you please give me some more details on how to get that Forgive me for my Sinhd achievement? Is that island Coptic? How do I easily win a war if all I am doing for this run is get the achievement?
Hey, I have a suggestion for a video: Top Diplomatic Nations. I’m not sure if it’s even possible but I think it would be cool to try and make it through a game completely trying to be a pacifist and avoid war playing strictly diplomatically.

**Map staring experts?**
I feel personally attacked.
I liked you too 10/25 videos but if you run out of them, the Indonesia guide was also very good. Hope you do those as well.
10:17 Much easier to go by sea.
Feed Bremen coastal centres of trade and cheap provinces at max range. You'll get there *much* quicker than doing a snake.
Take Sinai and that other province. Continue coastal hopping if you feel short on time for some reason...
... you have the _entire_ game to finish it. Should be harder *not* being able to do it... it's ONE province with NO timer lol
(You can also use the great new mission trees and simply take provinces for yourself and later feed them).
oh hey i got the Bologna achievement :D
it was off to a rough start when i expanded to the wrong coast to begin with, but i was still able to get it before 1560 and now i proudly display the achievement on my steam profile
Will you make guide for hisn kayfa?
Why Qing? Weird coincidence, I finished a Cilli->Qing run a couple of days before this came out -- but I chose to go Qing for a reason very specific to me (I lived in Cili County in China for a while). So I'm curious as to why you recommended that exact run.
You can also do Don't be Cilli by Renovatio Imperii :) With cilli diplomatically oriented ideas becoming HRE is doable.
yay new AlzaboHD video
On the Rhodes again was really fun. Nice mission tree as well!
Did stiff upper lippe.. Had PU over burgundy and got one 70 years before end date with great britain (they were i think second great power.) anyhow got lucky and a lot of rng. Was i think the 11 or 12 run for the achievemnt
for the burgundy one, I formed lotharingia and was a superpower in about 100 years, and then no female ruler for the rest of the game.
Are you going to start making CK3 videos once September rolls around? Or is there still some EU4 content in the works for now?
For my inner turmoil run with the Isles, I went into Africa and conquered the Kongo ...
going that way is definitly not as hard as true heir of timur but still a bit RNG dependand
gotta say though they have a pretty nice map color.
Gotta say croatia is actually a lot of fun, showed me playing tall is not only viable but actually fun
If you are a Soldier/Marine/Airman/Sailor. I suggest getting PIA VPN because you can use it to bypass Gophernet and every other type of barracks wifi security and get practically free internet.
I'm in the middle of a "don't be cilli" cilli --> mughals run 😅😅
Can you do one for ck3 ?
For my 'stiff upper lippe' achievement I managed to get a PU over an irish minor which GB had not conquered yet (for some reason).
From there it was quite easy to get the rest of the british isles.
When are your imperator videos coming out?
There are 5 tutorial videos coming this month, stay tuned and thanks for watching!
@@AlzaboHD thanks for the reply, love your videos!!
Which map and water mode do you use? I liked both map and water color of your game.
Dosen't Mary of Lotharingia require Emperor; as you can only form Lotharingia via the Burgundian Mission Tree in that DLC?
I was caught off guard by that sponsorship.
1:56 is this a reference to fucking Toradora or just the role of tigers and dragons in eastern mythologies?
Neither ! Theres a kong fu movie from hong kong named Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon. Its awesome
To give context to the "Stern des Südens" Achievment Bavaria has the most point all time in the bundesliga followed by the club "Werder Bremen" who has the second most all time
I feel bad to have started loving this game so late in my life.
For those who don't know:
"Stern des Südens" is the anthem of the German football club FC Bayern München.
Every Game of Thrones reference gives you +10 prestige. Well done
Here it go Werder Breman, the most obscure border in History that should be remembered :D.
for the Stiff Upper Lippe Achievement are you allowed to form another country after you release and start as Lippe?
Wasnt Dharma Update 1.26/27 and not 1.28 since that was Golden Century?
Lol, 'impress your family'
Me : Mom! I've made this amazing eu4 achievement.
Mom : okay, fine. Set the table now, will you?
Came for the Achievements, stay for that Texas accent.
Does it matter at what point in the game you release Lippe? Like if you unpause does that make the achievement no longer valid?
Could you please give me some more details on how to get that Forgive me for my Sinhd achievement? Is that island Coptic? How do I easily win a war if all I am doing for this run is get the achievement?
as a werder bremen fan the "stern des süden" achievement breaks my heart
What a huge coincidence. One of my discord buddies was looking at the rarest achievements yesterday. I'd love to do Inner Turmoil when I'm able.
Lippe has the rose of Lancaster ? That's actually pretty cool.
Hey, I have a suggestion for a video: Top Diplomatic Nations. I’m not sure if it’s even possible but I think it would be cool to try and make it through a game completely trying to be a pacifist and avoid war playing strictly diplomatically.
On the rhodes again was seriously difficult, but my god am i glad i have the acheievement now :D
Can we get a top best military focused nations? Or perhaps a top ten overpowered events other than the already known 'Burgundian succession' and 'Iberian Wedding'?
