How much do you do of each of these? (intervals, time, etc?) looking to incorporate these into a warm up
Warm up I would pick 5-7 and drill each one through about 3 times through the ladder.
With 29 exercises here you should have quite a few different warm ups up your sleeve here.
Go check out our body weight cardio video too, these are great on the spot warm ups
