    Good day April and Aika, from Bermuda. I just finished this workout and am feeling great! I am in my 70s and fighting to get back into a proper exercise routine. I was introduced to your 'yes2next' by a cousin who like you April wanted to inspire seniors to be fit. My Mom at the time was 90 and enjoyed from her chair the workouts🥰 She is now hospitalized (over an yr. now) and I miss her. Seeing you, April, and your mom interacting so well in these videos is bittersweet for me yet encouraging and makes the workouts easy. I've written before and thank you for responding.     I have been working out with you two wonderful Earth Angels for about two months now. Thank you so much for being here with us seniors in leading these excellent and enjoyable exercise sessions. My body has gotten stronger and more coordinated during my time with you. I work out with a couple of canned vegetables, and my arms are shaping up. Love it. I am 77, and I have already purchased swimsuits to wear at Lake Michigan beaches this summer.

    I love your videos because they make me smile while doing an easy workout. Had mitral valve replacement surgery in November and I'm now in Virtual Cardio Rehab using a Fitbit. It is winter and I live in the mountains so I needed something not to hard to get moving again. You are delightful to watch and I feel more successful each day. I let our rehab nurse know I was using these and she knew about you. BTW: I love the countdown clock you have recently put in your videos. It's motivating to see how much longer I have for the entire workout. All the best to you in 2024.🎉

    These workouts make all the difference! I walk faster my balance is better. I have more confidence in how I look and feel. I am 78 and feel so blessed that I found you and your mom. I have always exercised and I know what a difference it makes. I have always walked but these exercises are great because I can stay inside to do them. My arms thank yoi!!!!

    I do them on the TV , I can not find where to put a like . so I have not done on here today
    But just to let you know I do one or another every day by watching you on my tv.
    I have had the all clear from my oncologist just keep having check up every year.

    I’m finding I love these workouts. I get a good sweat esp when I add weights. I’m 67 with bil knee replacements and your workouts are knee friendly, can be modified for greater challenge and I love Mom. I’d give anything to have my Mom at my side! God Bless You Both!

    I tried this one for the first time today and loved it! I usually combine several shorter videos to make up a 40-60 minute workout, focusing on different areas and including warm-up and cooldown, but these half hour or so workouts that include exercises that work for both cardio and strength training at the same time and focus on all muscle groups are perfect when I have more limited time in my day for working out. April, I followed your lead and used 3-pound dumbbells when you used weights, but I kept everything low impact, like your mom. 🙂

    I've been doing you're exercising videos and what really helps me is using a chair in front of me to help with balance and I'm heavy so it helps me alot to follow along no problem!     Forgot about this one until it came up as part of your 30-day workout schedule! Today I did it as much as possible with 1.5lb weights and I tried to "add a little hop" frequently. I need the cardio. :) Thanks!

    That was a good workout. Your Mom and I are only a few years apart and when she talked about dancing and the "LADIES CHOICE" dance it brought a smile to my face and memories of the parties we would have on Sunday afternoon from 2PM till 5PM rushed through my mind. These school dances were so awesome growing up. Your Mom is so inspiring to those of us that are trying to stay fit even in our "Golden Years" Thanks to both of you and keep on moving.

    I love your vidios, I incorporate them with other peoples more energetic ones so I have a good variety, I have frozen shoulder at the moment so it’s quite painful to do some arm movements.

    This is a great workout. I've been cooking for 2 days getting ready for Easter. My hips were really tight so this really helped.

    I do enjoy your videos, the one thing I struggle with are arm punches with my right arm due to rotator cuff tears. That is the only one I struggle with. I greatly enjoy your videos. Thank you so very much !!!!❤❤❤❤
