Day 5 Anniversary Challenge is my all time favorite . I feared it had no longer been available but delighted today when I risked searching & found it ! I like it even more today then I remembered . I see a comment from myself from two years ago, so guess I originally did this stretch routine around the time it was first posted. I just did it again last night to complete the 7 Day Intermediate Workout Challenge. I rested most of the day and did this gentle stretch before bed to help me get ready for sleep. It took me two weeks, but I'm glad I was able to complete the challenge. Now on to new challenges! 🙂💪🚶♀💃 (Jan. 21, 2024)

Your workouts have been so helpful in getting me started in a more active lifestyle - at 68! There is always a video I can choose for the time and energy I have each day. I do one video in the morning - and then later add my own free weights, walk outside, or do another longer video from you. I have even gotten more confident to do some more strenuous dance videos online - but your videos are always my starting place - thanks so much!

I'm a new subscriber, but have found a home to which I'll be returning to add to my stretch routines. This one was excellent. Many years ago I took Tai Chi lessons but had to stop because it was hard on my knees. This brought back the "glow" Tai Chi had reliably brought to my cheeks. This gentle stretching exercise session was the perfect way to end a wonderful week. This particular one is a great cooldown video for me. I cannot thank you enough for your commitment, dedication and encouragement. These videos came to my attention at the end of last year when I was at my most unhealthy. Today, I am much stronger and healthier ... and I credit a healthy portion of that to your videos which did not condemn or look down on me for being weak, uncoordinated and unfit ... but instead encouraged me in my journey to healthiness. I've finally finished something I've started after a long stretch [no pun intended} You've given me an actual exercise program that works for me . I loved this one and would try it again! I was glad to be able to complete Days 2-5 of the challenge, but I'm going to wait until I'm sure my broken toe is fully healed before I try the Day 1 workout, since I'm still afraid to balance my full weight on the injured foot.
That is definitely a smart move! You don't want to make the injury worse. You did some of the routines to keep your body moving so that is good! 👏 Hope you start feeling better soon! 💖

I've finally finished something I've started after a long stretch [no pun intended} You've given me an actual exercise program that works for me . I've entered the 5 secret words to participate in the contest but it did not go through because I am a senior with very poor computer skills . I am continuing working out with you , it 's been good for me . Thank You for all you give.

I loved this one and would try it again! I was glad to be able to complete Days 2-5 of the challenge, but I'm going to wait until I'm sure my broken toe is fully healed before I try the Day 1 workout, since I'm still afraid to balance my full weight on the injured foot.
That is definitely a smart move! You don't want to make the injury worse. You did some of the routines to keep your body moving so that is good! 👏 Hope you start feeling better soon! 💖
