I DID IT! I made it the whole 40 minutes. I have been working out following you and mom for almost two months now, starting with the 10 minute walks building up to longer ones, and this is the longest one I've done yet. I wasn't sure I could do it because the 30 has been my max, but I challenged myself today and I made it! Thank you April and Aiko for encouraging me and giving me the confidence to do this. I am not only much stronger than I was 7 weeks ago, but I've lost weight and my clothes fit better and I feel much better too. I have not changed my diet at all, proving this really does work. I'm 62 and just retired from my desk job, and your videos have been easy enough that I am able to follow, and also very effective. I thought at first I'd start with "senior" exercise and work up to "real exercise" but that was flawed thinking, because all your videos are a real workout. Love you and momma, and THANK YOU both for doing this. You've changed my life, and for the first time ever, I can actually say I LIKE exercise. You both make it fun.

Enjoying this longer 40 minute exercise session. I really like having the warm up and cool down there too, I cant usually be bothered looking for for another video to do this but when it is included I do it! 10 seconds longer makes a huge difference but it is good. My favourite workouts are the 40 minutes workout and the 10 mins. Arm tone up, I usually do the 40 minutes 4 times weekly and the 10 mins arm tone up everyday( I go to work 3x weekly that’s why can’t do the 40mins everyday) just recently I noticed I have lost so much muscles in my upper arm now I’m restoring them little by little, lots of thanks from me please keep it up and may God bless you ❤

It was wonderful to be able to do this today... and even ramp up on some of them. It is the day before Easter, and doing this shows how far I have progressed. I have been sticking to chair and floor mat workouts for the past few months due to a foot injury, but I watched this new video, and this walking workout looks like a nice, gentle way to ease back into walking once my doctor gives me the go-ahead to do so. I also loved hearing about Aiko's 25-cent elementary school tap-dance classes, and it seemed as if April just heard about that for the first time while making this video, so I felt as if I was witnessing a nice family moment between the two of you!

Thank you. I normally swim for 40 minutes daily but of course, the swimming pools are currently closed but even when they are open again, I will still keep up exercising with you. Done . To make it a little harder I used very light weights (500 g= about 1 pound) during repetitions. I prefer weights to speed. Thank you very much. Your conversation with mum and Mochi being there made time went quicker. We are 🍀 to have you. 🙏
This was an awesome exercise set! Love the 40 second workouts. I felt many of the stretches within 10 seconds of doing them. Being older and a bit more stiff than I used to be I appreciate the way you define and demonstrate the exercises. Your mom did great! I had been down between an old shoulder injury and cold so no exercising for about 4 weeks. I recently discovered your youtube exercises and motivated me to start my exercises. I started with the beginners and worked myself up to the 40 minute walking workout and started to work up at a much faster pace within a few rounds at a slower pace! Thank you for your wonderful mother and daughter exercises! I also do the gentle neck stretches and knee workout as well!

I found out about these fantastic videos from my parents both 70, my Dad had a heart attack last June and needed some gentle exercises after getting a bit fed up of doing the hospital ones, these are working perfectly for him and my Mom is looking fab at the same time. I thought I would give the workouts a go and I was amazed, I feel energised, fitter and love to watch you both working out together. Not only am I keeping fit but the steps in between help me reach my daily 10,000 step goal quicker. Thank you !

It's been 1 month now, no extra weight loss to report, infact gained 2 pounds. On more encouraging note I've upped my workout to starting with 10 minute cardio followed by 2-20 minute workout sessions and I close with 1 more cardio session. I've tried this session but like the 20 minute sessions more so I'll continue with what works best for me. Thanks Ladies 🚺 🚺 🚺

That was a workout. It was a lot of fun. I will say for those hamstring kicks. I usually do a slight squat in the middle as I’m switching from left to right to give myself a little more of a workout and the third set. I couldn’t hold my water bottles because my arms were getting sore, but I had them majority of the time. Thank you so so much ladies.

Thanks so much for this 40 minute workout. This was my first session with you and your mum but it won't be my last. I enjoyed it from start to finish. I especially liked the upper body movements. As I get older, I find the strength waning in my upper body and find it necessary to work a little harder at improving my core. I wore ankle weights today but will try the workout with light hand weights the next time. Thanks again for a most enjoyable 40 minutes.

I'm 63 and have been inactive for the last 10-12 yrs. Your workouts have given me back my balance, endurance, agility, and coordination. I'm sure I'm at a lower risk of falls because of doing these workouts.

I DID IT! I made it the whole 40 minutes. I have been working out following you and mom for almost two months now, starting with the 10 minute walks building up to longer ones, and this is the longest one I've done yet. I wasn't sure I could do it because the 30 has been my max, but I challenged myself today and I made it! Thank you April and Aiko for encouraging me and giving me the confidence to do this. I am not only much stronger than I was 7 weeks ago, but I've lost weight and my clothes fit better and I feel much better too. I have not changed my diet at all, proving this really does work. I'm 62 and just retired from my desk job, and your videos have been easy enough that I am able to follow, and also very effective. I thought at first I'd start with "senior" exercise and work up to "real exercise" but that was flawed thinking, because all your videos are a real workout. Love you and momma, and THANK YOU both for doing this. You've changed my life, and for the first time ever, I can actually say I LIKE exercise. You both make it fun.

My favourite workouts are the 40 minutes workout and the 10 mins. Arm tone up, I usually do the 40 minutes 4 times weekly and the 10 mins arm tone up everyday( I go to work 3x weekly that’s why can’t do the 40mins everyday) just recently I noticed I have lost so much muscles in my upper arm now I’m restoring them little by little, lots of thanks from me please keep it up and may God bless you ❤

I have been sticking to chair and floor mat workouts for the past few months due to a foot injury, but I watched this new video, and this walking workout looks like a nice, gentle way to ease back into walking once my doctor gives me the go-ahead to do so. I also loved hearing about Aiko's 25-cent elementary school tap-dance classes, and it seemed as if April just heard about that for the first time while making this video, so I felt as if I was witnessing a nice family moment between the two of you!

This was an awesome exercise set! Love the 40 second workouts. I felt many of the stretches within 10 seconds of doing them. Being older and a bit more stiff than I used to be I appreciate the way you define and demonstrate the exercises. Your mom did great! I recently discovered your youtube exercises and motivated me to start my exercises. I started with the beginners and worked myself up to the 40 minute walking workout and started to work up at a much faster pace within a few rounds at a slower pace! I found out about these fantastic videos from my parents both 70, my Dad had a heart attack last June and needed some gentle exercises after getting a bit fed up of doing the hospital ones, these are working perfectly for him and my Mom is looking fab at the same time. I thought I would give the workouts a go and I was amazed, I feel energised, fitter and love to watch you both working out together. Not only am I keeping fit but the steps in between help me reach my daily 10,000 step goal quicker. Thank you !

Hi Ika and April. This workout challenged me as I am battling working out. I usually walk but today, Bermuda is raining n damp! I was excited to see the 40 min workout as I'd been doing the 20 - 30 min ones. I also appreciate the emphasises on holding our core in line, as I tend to do the head leaning forward thing with the neck aches .... thank you. I enjoy your videos because you're performing them with your Mom and you stress to go at a comfortable pace. It's been 1 month now, no extra weight loss to report, infact gained 2 pounds. On more encouraging note I've upped my workout to starting with 10 minute cardio followed by 2-20 minute workout sessions and I close with 1 more cardio session. I've tried this session but like the 20 minute sessions more so I'll continue with what works best for me. Thanks Ladies 🚺 🚺 🚺

That was a workout. It was a lot of fun. I will say for those hamstring kicks. I usually do a slight squat in the middle as I’m switching from left to right to give myself a little more of a workout and the third set. I couldn’t hold my water bottles because my arms were getting sore, but I had them majority of the time. Thank you so so much ladies.

The funny thing is that we wanted to get a pure breed Maine Coon and we learned it is likely he is part Maine Coon (his size, fur, and furry feet are good indicators). Thanks so much for this 40 minute workout. This was my first session with you and your mum but it won't be my last. I enjoyed it from start to finish. I especially liked the upper body movements. As I get older, I find the strength waning in my upper body and find it necessary to work a little harder at improving my core. I wore ankle weights today but will try the workout with light hand weights the next time. Thanks again for a most enjoyable 40 minutes.
