The video title triggered a couple of ideas about relationships between laziness and not having a lean body. I guess it is obvious to everyone having seen the video that you are not adressing a negative personality trait (i.e. unwillingness to work) as an universal explanation of not being lean, but rather the unconscious habits that may interfere with the steps necessary to take when the goal is to get lean(er) or to stay lean. 😎 In this video you present a specific order of the four elements of fitness - nicely illustrated by domino pieces in line. I really support the idea of getting enough sleep as the first domino piece. The health consequences of sleep deprivation are often underestimated. Ironically, laziness is usually illustrated by a picture of a sleeping person, but as in most areas of life the challenge is to find a balance between too much and too little. 👍 Providing the time necessary for 8 hours of sleep each night and a few minutes with a book before bedtime - instead of trying to digest the latest news on the mobile screen - is a very good universal lifestyle prescription. And it helps a lot when it comes to not feeling lazy! 😁
