मेरे पेट का फॅट जल्दी ही खतम हो जाता हैं.. मगर hip का कितने भी अक्सरसाईज करो कम नही होता.. अगर इस एक्सरसाईज से कुछ फायदा हुवा तो देखना पडेगा...
