Colapinto is incredible but the car is also so much better now. Remember Williams had an upgrade package after the break and since then Albon has made it to Q3 every time.
Not to attack Colapinto because he's so much faster than Sargeant but remember Sargeant was never too far behind Albon. He could have definitely scored points with the upgrades had he stayed.

Piastri has incredible race craft and instinct.
He knows the car's limits and pushes it right to the cliff's edge without falling.
He also seems to be highly aware of his surroundings (other drivers, walls, etc.) and takes up as much of the track as he can to gain speed but also limit overtake chances of other drivers.
He is even aware of his own slipstream behind and constantly tries to break it whilst maintaining the best racing line himself, making the other drivers behind try to keep in the slipstream but also try to overtake him from a bad racing line.
    Really smart crafty racing.
