rosa is a pretty cute girl. she was perfect for the role of battle angel alita. I liked how they did her eyes, they made it look larger like that of the manga series.

When I first saw one of his vids about 8 months ago I thought I had accidentally adjusted the levels on the picture on my screen so GOOD that when his video played it was the result of my awesome video enhancing.. turns out all his video are as high def as this one... and it was his doing. Lol I don't know what program he uses but THE RESOLUTION is what keeps me reeled in to his channel over anything else. But yes.. dude has a great recap channel
Loved that movie. Loved the manga. Loved how every character in the movie look like their manga counterpart (except Ido's assistant...) Only thing missing was the panzer kunst special moves. Would love to see more.
The first time I saw Inglourious Basterds I knew immediately that Christoph Waltz would win best actor for his role, and then he did. His first name is Christoph, not Christopher.
That Simson guy plays so much like Van Dijk. His movements is on of the best I've seen so far. He addidtion made a huge difference . The core of the defence should obviously be built around him..
Can't it just be an action movie? Why does it have to be a girl power movie? Do you refer to movies with male protagonists as boy power movies? Furthermore, are you saying those movies are not condescending towards men if the hero is a man with a male nemesis?

Also, how is a movie that has a male protagonist and a male nemesis in any way condescending to men? Even if one of them is written intelligently, that wouldn't be condescending since they are both of the same sex. It only becomes condescending if either role has a different sex and is written as a punching bag.

You explicitly specify something when they are an exception to the common rule not when they satisfy the common rule.
No one here seems to know, the reason why they haven't done part 2 is because James Cameron is busy working on more Avatar sequels. He needs to get over that franchise nobody cares about anymore and get back to Alita.

Rosa Salazar was amazing I had seen "motion capture" before I had never seen "performance capture" I thought it was really her during the movie. Duh...
Made it a few .minutes in before realizing I was doing myself a disservice by not turning on the real thing and watching it again. One of the last truly good movies I remember seeing. Our film industry has turned into utter garbage and i distinctly remember this movie being flamed on by critics for not towing the DEI line that quickly became rampant. Barely squeezed through before darkness overcame our entertainment
Alita! I love this movie. People hated the CGI of her...w/e love her and she's badass. Great action scenes and heartfelt moments. if you passed on it when it first came out, get the popcorn out and enjoy an overall fun flick. I wannnt a part 2 please!edit: I never watch movies in the "soap opera" tv setting looks so weird to me...but that's just me
