1, 04 2023 I guess I am staying with you. I like your simple but dynamic exercises that focus a lot on the legs, abs and arms, I like the rhythm of the workouts, the speed is great for me. When I am tired I just start walking, relaxing or dancing and then I continue. I think this is the style I feel good about, so here I am again. Thanks.
This was my 15 minute workout for the day, and it was wonderful! I wish I could do more,but right now my foot is still hurting some, so I don’t want to make it worse. Thank you for another fabulous workout!!!!!
30, 04 2024 Nearly a year to work up enough muscles and stamina to do this set of exercises and I did not do all of them the way you did Andrea. Way to go still. Anyway, done, so far so good I am building.
