- Walmart flew us out to recreate the video in front of 1500-2000 Walmart managers from across the nation! It was a blast and they treated us like gold. Walmart AMP is an awesome amphitheater that was built last year. Cool to get to play there! This little guitar made a big splash for Zac and I. Haha thanks for watching.

Ban Fasso they gave us each $150 gift card and $1000 to the charity of our choice. That’s it. I feel like they could have done better myself. I sold them out of the guitars in Texas for sure.

@@Shawn-rq4py Well, it's one of the few times anything good came out of Walmart for "the little guy," so I'm glad he was able to inadvertently use it asa spring board. I'm a singer and the second I hear the original video I was like.... OK. He was discovered by Social Media. I love this kind of story.

Seejepp: Those of us who are fortunate enough to live in the same area as Clay & Zac & are able to enjoy their music & bands in person can tell ya this video was about fun & spirit & not monetary gain. As musicians they've been paying their dues for a long time. They've earned their respect long ago & it is well deserved. There's no doubt any money that may have come their way over the original video would have been donated to a worthy cause. To the best of my knowledge they got the guitar & a couple of gift cards from a local Walmart & they donated the gift cards.The vid was about being fun loving Texans & awesome musicians. ♪♫♪♫

I'm just shocked it's intonation is as close as it is. I've been wanting a guitar that could hold a tune for my granddaughter. Most "toy" guitars state right in the description they aren't able to be tuned.

Actually the intonation is exceptionally good for a toy guitar.
Normally I don't like to say this cause it sounds cheesy as all hell, but you are seriously going places. Like, you're clearly passionate about what you do, which is just so evident in your performance, and on top of that your vocals, accompanied by amazing guitar skills, you're both freaking amazing.

This could be a good thing to help kids get into music and help promote school music programs. School House Rock. They also probably did this to show that with a cheap guitar alot practice and determination, and a lil heart and soul ppl can to this.
