LSs videos have improved greatly over the years. I love the nice, gentle workout. Her words are very supportive. I would like more 2 mile walks online, but have some dvds too. My favorite is the 1 mile Happy walk. I often run through it twice.

Saba Khan I checked my BMI calorie allowance on the BMI calculator, and aimed for the lower end of my calorie allowance. Then I did this every weekday, and the weight strated to come off quicker. I lost 40lbs in 4 months.
morenabella I do these everyday, but I only do about 30 minutes on weekdays, and maybe 15-20 minutes on Saturdays. Sunday, I usually give myself a day off.

Thank you so much for uploading videos, and I have a question , I have a lower back pain and I went to the doctor and he told me I need to lose weight so I did but also he told me I need to lose stomach fat and I can't do that with just walking and I can't do crunches or any other activities that includes back so please what should I do? If I keep walking will I lose stomach fat? Thank you
Rania RiRi yes you will! I have walked for years and it really helps. My tummy is the last thing to go on me. I also try to get in some strength training. The more muscle you have, the more fat you burn even at rest!
start with walking--your body starts getting flexible--then you follow the floor session abbs--by the time you are able to pro your walk you will easily figure your way out!

Ankle weights instead of a band give an effective workout. I use 2 pound ankle weights.
