    I am ashamed to say I haven't moved my body in a long time and this got me sweating more than I thought. I was letting my negative inner thoughts win, but you calling me amazing at the end snapped me out of it and made me cry! Thank you for posting. I'll be back for many more!

    Hi sharona! I know you usually stick to knee friendly workouts but do you think you could do a trampoline workout? If you dont have a trampoline mabye do exercises that could be jumped?

      I unfortunately don’t own a trampoline.
      Most of my workouts are listed as “knee friendly” but the workout itself actually does have jumping etc because most of the times I provide modifications to make them knee friendly. (hope that makes sense)
